Will Kathie Lee Buy Joan Rivers' $25M Apartment?

Kathie Lee Gifford, who is looking for a new home in NYC, recently took her friend and co-star Hoda Kotb along to check out Joan Rivers' up-for-grabs $25 million apartment. What the 'Today' ladies didn't know was that they were being led around by LXTV executive producer Amy Rosenblum and that Joan herself was listening in.

"It feels more like a hotel or some grand room," Hoda remarks, marveling at the ballroom that once belonged to JP Morgan that Joan transformed into her home. "It's a lot like Joan herself," Kathie Lee remarks. "There's a lot going on all the time with Joan, and there's a lot going on in here."

Joan, who let PopEater preview the clip, says that after hearing Hoda compare her home to a hotel, she immediately thought of another infamous star. "Charlie Sheen has never come in here and locked a naked hooker in my bathroom."

For the record, Joan, it was a porn star that Charlie scared the pants off. But who's quibbling?

I agree 100%. Gifford is the MOST irritating person in television at the moment..and has been for along time. Non stop gabbing, prattling on about nothing, won't let a guest get in a word edgewise......constant motor mouth.

I think Kathie Lee Cowboyz Gerlfren should save her money, move back to Oklahoma, and start an orphanage for sad children from South and Central America. It would be really sweet and not as garish as a gold lamee graand ruum in dah Big Little Apple. And Hoda can give her money for scholarships to REAaLLeY DESSERVIN' Egyptian students. Ooh La yumm, hon.

Also, won't Kathie, Hoda, and Joan be really surprised when they get the bill from NEW YORK CITY water and sewer for the clean up of all the garbage hair conditioner, color, and shampoo remnants they've dumped into the East and Hudson Rivers. Drink up Loads of Volume!!!!!!!

Who on earth needs to live in a place that costs 25 million!!! Millions of people are really suffering in this economy and this kind of selfish, unbridled greed is very disgusting. Think of the people that could be helped with just a small portion of that money. Sooner or later I think we are going to see another revolution in our country. When average people can no longer afford to pay utilities, or buy groceries and they see this kind of self-serving overindulgence .....well...people can only take so much. History has shown us what happens when the rich keep getting richer and the poor keep getting poorer.
