Britney Spears Makes Her Move to a $18.9 Million Mansion: Take the Tour

Britney Spears prepares to make moves, on both the charts and with her digs. In the same week that she released the video to 'Hold It Against Me' from her upcoming 'Femme Fatale,' she has also upgraded her digs to a 20,000-square-foot estate in Hidden Hills, Calif. It was first reported that she had purchased the home, which had listed at $18.9 million, but the Wall Street Journal later concluded it was a $25,000-per-month rental.

The Hidden Hills area is already home to Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony, the Kardashians, Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne, and Melissa Etheridge.

Spears's new pad is a Tudor-style mansion with 10 bedrooms, 13 bathrooms, sprawling private gardens, a pool and a tennis court, as well as multiple hot tubs.

The home also includes a game room well-stocked with arcade games and air hockey, which will no doubt be a hit with Spears' sons, Sean Preston, 5, and Jayden James, 4.

The seller of the home is Ron Tutor, a construction/private equity mogul who, as a member of an investor pool that includes Rob Lowe, purchased Miramax Films from the Walt Disney Company for $660 million.

Spears' previous home was located in Beverly Hills, Calif., and was the site of some of the more manic episodes of Spears breakdown lore. Get More on the Home From AOL Real Estate

Just keep those children away from her without supervision as she is a child (mentally) herself.I wonder if the majority of her fans are bright enough to know she does not write,produce, or even sing her material?. Good for her that she has some good producers and managers to run her business and empire and even better that her father is keeping her finances safe but seriously..it does not say much for our society when someone can get this rich for having no real talent except for a few cheesy dance steps and getting undressed in the music videos.

In my opinion it is disgusting that she has a home like this. She has been the worst influence on a generation and at the same time, she hasn't got any talent anymore. It makes me sick to think of all the people who could really use some of that money, yet Britney and her family have to sell perfume and who knows what to make sure the entire family is supported.

I really don't understand how a so called singer with so little talent and is so prone to getting into trouble can attract such a following and make so much money. Is riding around in big cars and having your private parts photographed really what out young people today think warrants being supported by buying her junk. I guess it must be 'cause she certainly can't put on a decent performance.
