Now he goes and upsets TV legend Barbara Walters after his daughter forced him to drop out of a scheduled interview on 'The View' this week."When Miley found out her father was scheduled to appear on 'The View' on Wednesday she went nuts," a family friend tells me. "Only last week, Billy shot his mouth off in GQ, and now he planned to sit down with [Barbara and Whoopi] and talk more crap about his family. No way would Miley or her team let that happen."

Anyone can stop another person, from going on national tv and talking about them. Thats what Miley did, according to this story. Billy boy likes the spot light shinning down on him, while he talks about miley. If that were my father,, I would have stopped him too.
Billy ran off at the mouth again, last week about Miley. She has the rights to tell him know. Shes 18 now, Billy is just a guy on her pay role now. I would fire him my self, they guy has always tried to play the part of Miley's boy friend. Billy likes to wear tight jeans, un button his shirt so everyone can see his chest. He wears more jewlery than the average man. And that hair of his,, its ridiculous to put it nice.
Billy is desperate to look younger, and it only makes him look much worse than he already is.
Yes, I would have told him to but out too. Then if he still went on the view after telling him know, I would fire the man once and for all. Miley needs to get out of Billy's life, the man is a mooch.

Miley is one amazing girl. Hopefully her father won't ruin this for her! Nobody can honestly doubt that she is a talented, beautiful, kind, and smart young lady. G-D bless Miley Ray Cyrus. She saved Disney, and face it, is so much better than Selena Gomez in so many ways.

I knew when I heard Billy Ray say in an interview a long time ago that he was Miley's "friend" and she could talk to him about anything, that there would eventually be trouble. Kids don't need friends to guide them, they need parents.

Miley was cute when she was about 10 - she's not 10 anymore, neither is she cute. Just a teenaged........whatever - typical, unappreciative, arrogant. Hard to believe that SNL has hit rock-bottom and invited her to host..........but then that's not what it used to be either.

Not to worry, le papa has plenty of his own moola. He'll be fine. How much does one need anyway??? They (well they did at one time ... before ma and pa separated) have a huge sprawling home or two. Miley needs to grow up. With all the garbage that she has had put out there on the internet - posing in her underwear, toking on a bong, etc., etc.,- her dad should be worried about her and he should have taken a very strick stance with her a long time ago. Now that she is "of age", it's too late to try and be the parent. She will be the next Lindsay Lohan - like we need another young person spiraling down that mountain and taking too many of our young people with them. Grow up Miley - be one of the wise people who learns from other people's mistakes instead of being stupid and ruining your life. Get some self-respect.
