Justin Bieber Shares His Birthday Plans

Justin Bieber may be getting ready for his upcoming world tour, which starts on March 4, but he revealed to ET Online what his plans are for his upcoming 17th birthday, which falls on March 1.

Bieber said, "I only have, like, four days, so I'm just going to relax, because I start my world tour starting on [March 4] -- so just going to mentally prepare and just relax."

He did reveal that he had no plans for a large birthday bash. He said he hopes his grandparents would be coming to his home to celebrate with him, and he hopes to spend some time with them.

He also had another reason for wanting his grandparents there and that was the all important birthday cake. "My grandma makes the best cheesecake -- cherry cheesecake. She made that for my 13th birthday."

Bieber, however, did not reveal if rumored girlfriend Selena Gomez would be attending the birthday party.

Bieber even talked about why he cut his famous hair a few days earlier. "I just wanted to, that's all, not really a big reason; I just woke up and said, 'I don't want this anymore,' so I just cut it."

He also mentioned he was interested to see what his fans thought of the new style. "It's not really about that. You know, the fans really liked it, but they'll like me no matter what, because I think it's about the music. I'm really excited to see what the fans overseas think and take it day by day."

I am tired of everyone putting Justin Beiber down. I think he seems like a stand up kid that totally has his head on straight. I hope he continues to make good choices. I took my daughter to see Never Say Never at the movies and I must say, he has gained total respect from me!

Shelly,, I know what you mean. I used to worry about what my kids read and wrote on here, but its not the kids.
Its the adults that have grown so bitter, and down right cruel is sad. Justin is a good young man for the kids to listen to, or to look up to. Never has there been one bad word about him in the news, only from adults on here, that are filled with hatred, even for a kid. Its sad, and scarey to me.
These people can always buy their kids some of Kayne West music, instead of Justin's since their so down on him.
