Katy Perry was seen onstage Wednesday night wearing a multi-level cupcake dress surrounded by dancers and puppets dressed as gingerbread men, while performing at the Mediolanum Forum in Milan, Italy.
X17Online.com is reporting that the singer was there for her 'California Dreams' world tour.
Perry even gave a shout out to
Willow Smith on Twitter before she hit the stage. She
tweeted, "MILANO! TONIGHT... I WHIP MY HAIR BACK N FORTH! WHO'S DOIN IT WITH ME?! #MILANODREAMS."
This certainly is not the first time Perry has been in an elaborate costume onstage. During the holiday season last year she showed off her
Christmas spirit at the Y100 Jingle Ball concert series where she was seen wearing a sexy Mrs. Claus outfit, a sexy toy soldier outfit and a sexy snow-woman outfit.
Yesterday, Perry officially clarified that she
did not take a swipe at
Britney Spears or her new music video, and she called the tabloid press who reported the news "filth."
