Razzies Name 'Last Airbender' Worst Picture

The Golden Raspberry Foundation has spoken. Who took 'honors' as the worst that Hollywood had to offer last year?

When nominations were announced, the 31st annual Razzie Awards were clearly gunning for 'The Last Airbender,' 'Sex and the City 2' and 'The Twilight Saga: Eclipse.'

Director M. Night Shyamalan and his 3-D dud 'The Last Airbender,' turned out to be the biggest ~~winner~~ loser among the year's most notable flops.

'Airbender' won five Razzies: Worst Picture, Director, Screenplay and Supporting Actor (Jackson Rathbone, who was also nominated for his 'Eclipse' performance). Plus, the film also won Worst Eye-Gouging Misuse of 3-D -- over the much-maligned 'Clash of the Titans.'

Trailing close behind with three wins was 'Sex and the City 2,' which nabbed Worst Actress for all four stars (Sarah Jessica Parker, Kim Cattrall, Cynthia Nixon and Kristin Davis), Worst Ensemble and Worst Sequel.

Ashton Kutcher and Jessica Alba earned Razzies for Worst Actor and Worst Supporting Actress (Kutcher was cited for both 'Killers' and 'Valentine's Day'; Alba was nominted for panned performances in four different films).

The 'winners' were announced at a ceremony in Hollywood, one night before the Oscars, as is the Razzie tradition. EW.com reports that, unlike last year, when good sport Sandra Bullock dropped by in person to accept her Worst Actress Razzie for 'All about Steve' (hours before winning her Best Actress Oscar for 'The Blind Side'), no 2011 winners were present at this weekend's event to pick up their trophies.

The foundation says Razzie Awards were created to be the "logical antidote to Tinsel Town's annual glut of self-congratulatory awards." Did logic prevail? Here are all the 'wins' in this year's categories:

I liked "Airbender" a lot. Didn't see it in 3-D though.

Sex and the city really wasn't bad. Idk why everyone is making it sound like it was horrible. I enjoyed it

i loved the last airbender, though iv talked to a few people that didnt understand its in sections like air water earth fire. so they didnt get the movie. but if you know anything about it and know the tv show was basicly addapted for children it was pretty good

i like it way more the avatar witch i turned off half way through due to bordom

Frankly, I have seen some worse movies than the Last Airbender... Really...! and I am not a Twihard, but Jackson Rathbone? Seriously? This Razzie guy has some serious issues...

My husband and son really enjoyed Last Airbender. They both love the cartoon. I didn't like it so much but it isn't my taste. There were far worse movies made than this one though.

Valentines Day was a good idea gone bad. Too much going on to be able to develop any of the story lines.

They were right. Sex and the city 2 was painfully boring to watch and I watched airbender in 2d and I hated it too. Mainly for the ending when he created a huge wall of water around the city and scares away the bad fleet. I was thinking that if he had godlike powers like that he could have maybe dropped the water on the ships eliminating the need for a sequel. It was way too much power for the kid and unbalanced the movie past the point of fantasy believability.
