Heather Mills' Former Rep: Paul McCartney Never Abused Her

Heather Mills' abuse allegations against ex-husband Paul McCartney are no more than malicious rumors, TMZ reports.

According to court documents, Mills told her then-publicist, "I could kill [Paul], last night, he tried to choke me. The marriage is over," although her ex-rep reportedly believes Mills' to have lied about the abuse.

Her ex-publicist's company, who are suing the former model for $168,000 in unpaid fees, also claim that they secured Mills a spot on 'Celebrity Apprentice,' but the deal fell through when Mills insisted they rig the competition so she would win, a request denied by Donald Trump.

The same company alleges that Mills donated only part of her 'Dancing With the Stars' winnings to charity, despite her assertion that she would donate the full amount.

While most of Mills' detractors have not become litigious, others have come forward to slam Mills' behavior during her relationship with McCartney.

In 2008, Mills' former friend, Denise Hewitt, who allegedly worked for the same escort service as Mills in the '80s, told the Daily Mail, "[Mills] said, 'I'll give him an ultimatum, and if he doesn't marry me within say eight months, 10 months, I'm going to leave him.'"

Justice Bennett, the judge in Mills' divorce proceedings, corroborated reports that Mills' testimony in her divorce was misleading or false, saying, "I am driven to the conclusion that much of her evidence, both written and oral, was not just inconsistent and inaccurate but also less than candid. Overall she was a less than impressive witness."

What a shock that she lied! Heather Mills a manipulator beyond belief was and is a piece of garbage who used the marriage to McCartney for money and nothing else. Too bad a lovely little child has to have that woman as a mother. Take her from Heather Paul, now.

The only thing Paul did wrong was get involved with her. I'm sure he regrets it. I saw him last summer in concert and he's as energetic and fun as he always was.

Paul should get considerable if not most of the custody time. He is much older than Heather. The child will know her Mother, but at this time, she needs to know her father, and spend as much time with Paul, her dad, as she can!

Yes, then there's the crazy lady aspect. Wish Paul had full custody and Heather only visits, like one day a year. LOL. Yea, she married him for the money. Didn't she get 50 million dollars? That's outrageous! That's more than Princess Diana got. Diana got 25 million.

Heather was a waste of time, a user, golddigger,LIAR, knew exactly what she was doing, cold,calculating, heartless, a poor rebound choice for Paul unfortunately who lost his true love Linda. If it wasn't for her continued negative crying out for attention she'd already be forgotten. It doesn't surprise me one bit she'd try to fix a win and keep the money from a charity event. That's what low lifes do, and she's the President of that club. Go back under your rock.

I think most of you are missing a very good point in this story. Paul may have been a fool for marrying her but he has always been a gentleman in every respect, while she has been everything but a lady. Paul has never stooped to her level, and i think her actions say it all. Paul is a devoted father to his daughter and i think that speaks very highly of him.
