It may finally be safe to say that Justin Bieber is off the market.

Bieber was caught giving Selena Gomez a sweet little kiss in front of paparazzi outside Vanity Fair's Oscar Party on Sunday night. Watch a video of the kiss after the jump.

The Daily Mail also reports that the couple took photos at a photo booth set up at the party. The images show Bieber and Gomez looking into each others eyes and sharing a tender moment.

One of the images even shows Bieber laying his head on Gomez's chest.

The duo arrived at the party decked out in Dolce & Gabbana. Gomez, 18, wore a crimson D&G gown while Bieber, 16, wore a matching red pocket square with his swanky black suit.
