Charlie Sheen's Kids Taken Away by the Police

Police have removed Charlie Sheen's twin sons from his home after a judge gave instructions that the children be returned to Sheen's soon-to-be ex-wife, Brooke Mueller.

RadarOnline.com has revealed that twins Bob and Max, who will turn 2 years old this month, were removed from Sheen's LA mansion.

According to TMZ, a judge temporarily stripped Sheen of custody of his twin sons on Tuesday after Mueller, 33, submitted a declaration stating that Sheen threatened her, saying, "I will cut your head off, put it in a box and send it to your mom."

Muller's lawyer got a temporary restraining order against Sheen, prohibiting him from going near her. The judge also ordered that Sheen had to surrender the twins while the restraining order remained in effect.

Radar is reporting that a furious Sheen told them, as his kids were being taken away, "My fangs are dripping tiger blood."

After his sons were taken away, Sheen tweeted, "My sons are fine... My path is now clear... Defeat is not an option..!"

In last night's '20/20' interview, journalist Andrea Canning asked Sheen and his girlfriends, porn star Bree Olson and Natalie Kenly, if they see themselves as mother figures to Sheen's twin sons, Max and Bob. Both answered with a resounding "Yes, of course."

When asked if they were good influences on the boys, Kenly replied, "Oh, absolutely. All you can do with children is love them. And we love them, and we're not doing anything to be harmful to their routine or undermine anything else going on."

Radar is also reporting that the twins were with Sheen before he went on vacation to the Bahamas with Mueller, Olson and Kenly.

Sheen, 45, has been with the twins since his return to Los Angeles last Friday, and the kids were even present during his interview with ABC.

Earlier in the day, Sheen joined Twitter with username @CharlieSheen. The actor's profile was kept short and succinct: "Unemployed Winner."

This is the most self-destructive behavior I have seen in a long while. He was higher than a kite during that ABC interview. Did anyone notice that? If he's doing this for publicity, then it's beyond self-destruction. He'll never get work again. Really stupid.

Either it's all an act or they actually used REAL Agent Orange while he was shooting 'Platoon'. Based on his acting skills I tend to think it's the latter. To quote the great Thelma Harper, the man's "got splinters in the windmills of his mind". Regardless, none of his children should be left in his care or that of his gold-digging goddesses. Influence aside, that's a disaster waiting to happen.

@barbyk- I understand your point. However, I think you made an error. When you said "others in the entertainment industry are the people we should be publcizing as our heroes", I think you meant there are other people we should publicizing as our heros, such as teachers, nurses, soldiers, artists, scientists, writers, etc. I think you get my point.

This man is in distress. He's going over the edge and the media are getting the best close ups they can of it (they do like their blood).

Someone needs to step in and help him (whether he wants it or not) or he's going to be dead soon. Remember Michael Jackson? John Belushi? Anna Nicole? Well, I think Charlie's next.

You are a very poor example and I feel sorry for you. You had so much going for you and so much personality that draws people. You have gone too far and it could very well ruin your career. How sad that society is so critical - they relish seeing someone self-destruct. We have loved Charlie Sheen – watched is movies, watched his television shows – he has the no 1 hit show on TV, because he makes us laugh for a ½ hr at night, after a hard day at work. Now he life is disintegrating right before our eyes and all anyone can say is ”drive off a cliff, Charlie”.. What a sick world. I want to send my heartfelt best wishes to you Charlie and hope that whatever is causing you to derail, stops in its tracks and lets you get off. I also would like to Thank Charlie for being such a funny actor and for all the joy you gave me and my family. You’ve given my family so much joy over the years – this our way of saying, “Thank you” and we care!
