Charlie Sheen's Kids Taken Away by the Police

Police have removed Charlie Sheen's twin sons from his home after a judge gave instructions that the children be returned to Sheen's soon-to-be ex-wife, Brooke Mueller.

RadarOnline.com has revealed that twins Bob and Max, who will turn 2 years old this month, were removed from Sheen's LA mansion.

According to TMZ, a judge temporarily stripped Sheen of custody of his twin sons on Tuesday after Mueller, 33, submitted a declaration stating that Sheen threatened her, saying, "I will cut your head off, put it in a box and send it to your mom."

Muller's lawyer got a temporary restraining order against Sheen, prohibiting him from going near her. The judge also ordered that Sheen had to surrender the twins while the restraining order remained in effect.

Radar is reporting that a furious Sheen told them, as his kids were being taken away, "My fangs are dripping tiger blood."

After his sons were taken away, Sheen tweeted, "My sons are fine... My path is now clear... Defeat is not an option..!"

In last night's '20/20' interview, journalist Andrea Canning asked Sheen and his girlfriends, porn star Bree Olson and Natalie Kenly, if they see themselves as mother figures to Sheen's twin sons, Max and Bob. Both answered with a resounding "Yes, of course."

When asked if they were good influences on the boys, Kenly replied, "Oh, absolutely. All you can do with children is love them. And we love them, and we're not doing anything to be harmful to their routine or undermine anything else going on."

Radar is also reporting that the twins were with Sheen before he went on vacation to the Bahamas with Mueller, Olson and Kenly.

Sheen, 45, has been with the twins since his return to Los Angeles last Friday, and the kids were even present during his interview with ABC.

Earlier in the day, Sheen joined Twitter with username @CharlieSheen. The actor's profile was kept short and succinct: "Unemployed Winner."

Watching him is like watching a train wreck. He continues to show the world how ill he is and it must be terrible for his family.
Until he gets clean and sober this will continue as he is totally
out of control.
It you like Charlie or not its difficult to see someone self destruct.

I don't think Charlie Sheen is crazy. I really think he needs medical help. He is not himself. I know someone with schizophrenia and without his medication he acts the same way.I like this man in everything he does.Two and a Half Men is one of my favorite shows.There is a big difference between needing help and being crazy.I pray he gets it.

charlie is'nt crazy by any means.Heres a guy who is doing what he wants to do and doing it damn good. His personal life and screen life is being exploited by the media,granted he should have kepy a low profile with his relationships,but it's his business!

I'm guessing that we are watching the onset of Alcoholic Dementia/Drug Induced Dementia. It is so sad but I wish the media would stop feeding his delusions.

Martin: A simple fix is to have him declared nuts, (not a difficult task). Lock this nut job up and throw the key away for a year or so. He'll rant and rave now but he'll live, and he'll thank you later!

The interview last night was both sad and disturbing; it is so obvious that he is on the verge of imploding. Such a waste of talent. Lets hope he gets the help he so desperately needs. His children needed to be removed for their own safety. Hopefully that will be the wake-up call he needs.

The media is also part of the problem, they like to latch on to someone with problems just to get a story and when they die they say they had nothing to do with it. How about getting Charlie some medical help instead. I think a brain scan to start. then report on his life before it ends sadly.

Charlie is not having any type of break down, Charlie is not biploar, Charlie is on crack.
He is nothing more than a typical crack user, thats all.
I am so glad that the children were removed from his house.
I was wondering who allowed them their in the first place.
A crack user has no business being around any child.
At least the children are safe now, and now for Charlie to get clean...

Its about time they took them out of the craziness, I think Brooke isn't any better at parenting because she allowed him to see them at a time when he was clearly in a bad state. She seems to be more concerned about getting his money than her childrens lives.
Oh, and Charlie...shut up and go away.

Isn't it sad that if it were not for his money, he'd be just another poor crackhead on the street? There wouldn't be any press and no one would even care. He'd probably overdose and be found dead without so much as a blur in a corner of the newspaper's Metro section. Drug addiction knows no boundaries and crosses all socioeconomic lines. He's burned out and it shows. I pray for his recovery.

I'm wondering what is wrong with Brooke Mueller's head to leave those two babies with him to begin with. What kind of mother would leave her babies with a bunch like that? He's insane and his girlfriends are nothing short of live-in hookers.

I would have kept my kids as far away as possible from the beginning.
