Brooke Mueller Wants Charlie Sheen's 'Goddesses' Drug Tested

Charlie Sheen's estranged wife, Brooke Mueller, is looking to get some answers from her soon-to-be ex-husband in the wake of his allegations that Mueller is using drugs.

Mueller and Sheen's twin sons, Bob and Max, were removed from Sheen's home, which he has dubbed "Sober Valley Lodge," after Mueller wrote in a sworn declaration that Sheen had threatened to "Cut your head off, put it in a box and send it to your mom."

After Sheen's children were taken from his home, Sheen and his two live-in girlfriends (or "goddesses"), model/nanny Natalie Kenly and Rachel Oberlin (known to XXX fans as porn star Bree Olson), claimed that Mueller was once again using drugs, showing RadarOnline.com's cameras what they believed to be drug paraphernalia in her hotel room.

Now Mueller is firing back, asking for Kenly and Oberlin to submit to drug tests before Sheen is allowed to see his sons again.

A source for Radar says, "Brooke doesn't want the girlfriends around her sons. One is a porn star, and the other is a marijuana magazine cover model. Brooke is seeking to control who is around the boys when Charlie has custodial time with them."

Charlie, who has passed a number of drug tests in the past week, has lamented that his children have been taken from him and that he has no way of knowing where they are or how they are being cared for.

The source says that, despite Sheen's concerns, "Brooke will abide and respect whatever the court orders her to do. She has been sober for approximately one week, and the boys are being cared for by Brooke and her mom at an undisclosed secure location right now," the insider reveals.

While Mueller is reportedly willing to share custody of the children again, providing Sheen maintains his sobriety, "Brooke believes that just because Charlie is clean, for now, doesn't mean that his house is drug free. She is very, very concerned about the people that are in Charlie's life."

I agree that the children should be removed from the custody of both parents until one or both have shown consistant recovery from their addictions. But taking them away to "give" to someone else.....no way. In this country, parents can be deprived of custody if they are deemed unfit......but not divested of their parental status. They would have to sign releases for their children to be put up for adoption. And while you may think wresting their children away for adoption is justified in this case, it really would be the sort of thing a totalitarian state would do.....not a functioning democracy.

neither one of them are fit parents! The courts should give denise richards the boys, and both should pay her child support with NO VISITATION! Junkies do not make good parents!

Well...seems to me, they should BOTH be careful. If each of them is such a drug using out of control person...maybe the kids should be taken away from BOTH of them.

This is the stuff that fell out of her bag? A loose driver's license, a spoon, a homemade crack pipe and burned debris? No hair brush, no makeup bag, no wallet, no keys, no cell phone, etc? The normal things you would think to find a woman's bag? Sorry, looks set up to me.

Fake charlie sheen had not seen the boys in almost a year. Having them at his house for the interview was a stunt!!!!! This druggy women beater deserves nothing!!!!!! HOW LONG BEFORE HE KILLS ONE OF THOSE STUPID PORNO GIRLS????

When are these woman going to learn to just keep their mouths shut and stop feeding into to Sheen's ridiculous requests. Frankly, I would do everything I could to keep my children away from the guy and his Sober Valley Lodge. We can only hope that the judge requests a pych evaluation from Charlie Sheen after viewing his behavior this past week.

Give the kids to the GRANDPARENTS to take care of while all this garbage is going on. The GRANDPARENTS don't take drugs, nor are they alcoholics, etc.! The GRANDPARENTS can, at the very least, be trusted to provide an environment that BOTH parents will approve of. The GRANDPARENTS can monitor visits. The GRANDPARENTS could be accessible to BOTH parents (sans the live-in "whatever-you-want-to-call-them.") That will solve at least ONE problem, in a heartbeat. Cannot these two people do THAT, at least? I wonder whether the two parties involved have considered that as an option right now?

Geez Louise already! They should give custody either to Charlies parents or as ridiculous as it may sound, maybe Denise Rich would help take them on. Denise certainly seems more then able to care for her children responsibly. All this finger pointing and goddess talk and craziness and that is what it is, cause Charlie may have some points on the whole tv show issue but apparently is very erratic in his home life and unable to have a stable home life for children.

This all sounds just like the storm that blew when Charlie and Denise Richards were going at it. The only thing different is that Denise is actually the sane one who is not on drugs! Guess we know now who was telling the truth all along and who the real troublemaker was (his name starts with a C!). Brooke is a joke. She wants us to believe she is the responsible parent and yet she has only been sober for a week and is getting help raising the boys from her mother??!?!

brooke needs to do what denise richards does-allow shhen to seen his kids at her residence under supervised visitation-maybe a professional male nanny is in order here...sheen will never live the lifestyle that is safe for children-drugs,porn, alcohol, manic episodes, and the list goes on-brokke needs to cut her loses, realize sheen isnt going to be a daddy-just a sperm donor and a financial supporter to her n her kids..be done with him--you cant fix him..
