After reports started circulating about a possible hearing on Monday concerning custody of his twin sons, Charlie Sheen took to his new Twitter page to clear the air. The 'Two and a Half Men' actor tweeted, "not sure what all the legal noise is about ... just verbally reached a deal with B. no court mon. yay.""Yet the opposition felt it necessary to still harass me with old gibberish .... odd? perhaps. transparent? you betcha'!" he added.
Sheen hasn't said anymore about the negotiations but a source close to Mueller's family confirmed to PEOPLE that the pair have been talking. "Brooke is thinking over Charlie's offer and has not decided if she will take it," the source said. "Brooke is very fragile right now."
UPDATE: TMZ.com reports Mueller called the deal off.
And while it's been reported Mueller didn't want Sheen's girlfriends (aka goddesses) around the twins, sources tell TMZ.com that she's not concerned about that at all. Their negotiations apparently allow the goddesses to continue being around the twins.

Charlie Sheen and ex-wife Brooke Mueller have just reached a NEW agreement: he's an idiot and will die of an overdose, and she gets the kids. Sounds fair.

And all that left over money too if they are not legally divorced...Brooke will male Camille Grammar look like an amatuer for not letting her husband go on, that nose picking booger eating cheating Pig of a Prince Charming, Kelsey Grammar to go on drinking and drugging until he died.
Let us not forget that there are beautiful, young and innocent human beings involved in this adult created mess/disaster. Ms. Mueller and Mr. Sheen - please exhibit maturity and selflessness in your actions and decision making.

Do these people not have any family? My family would step in so quick I wouldn't know what happened. I guess the grandparents do not care about these baby boys either. I've lost all respect for Charlies dad, he is just as guilty. He did such a terrible job with Charlie he doesn't deserve them either. Money does not raise children.

Look out tomorrow's headline doesn't read Charley Sheen kills ex wife or kills his twins.In his state of mind I wouldnt dare let him near thse little boys.He thinks he can do whatever he wants to with no repercussions.The smartest thing denise did was to keep his girls far away from him.Something is gonna happen along those lines and everyone that could have done something will be wringing their hands saying why did'nt we do something...

Right!!! Why do people keep writing about this stuff, and why do we read it. It's tabloid trash, and if it isn't negative nobody wants to read it, so it's probably all made up anyway.
Same thing with Michael Jackson. Pretty much everything reported on him was lies. He was nothing like the tabloids portrayed him, but people seem to believe what they read. Who knows, charlie might be a great guy and all we're reading is lies about him too. You can't believe what you read. There are very few honest journalists that report the facts. They're all out to sell their papers, and that means sensational stories. It's all about money.
Charlie Sheen is the white washed version of OJ Simpson...I didn't do it.. But if I did it, this is how I would have done it.

Give the boys to Denise Richards, she seems to be the only sane one left surrounding this mess. I agree with everyone else, Denise needs to keep the girls as far away from Charlie and the Goddesses as she can forever!!!
