Times are tough for Jon Cryer. The 'Two and a Half Men' star is currently on an unscheduled hiatus from the show thanks to Charlie Sheen, but the actor has landed a new job -- as Ellen DeGeneres' new temp!According to RadarOnline.com, Cryer will appear in a skit on Thursday's 'Ellen DeGeneres Show' working the reception desk. The host praises his hard work at answering phones calls and taking messages.
"You really do good work," she says. "You do the work of two and a half men!"
When DeGeneres thanks him for being there, Cryer simply replies, "I needed the work."

That was funny, I always liked Jon, hes funny, smart and a good actor. Through all of his years in hollywood, not one negative word about him.

John was the reason "Two & Half Men" was worth watching, not Charlie. They could replace Charlie and keep the same format and staff and the show would still be hit. Never thought Charlie was the star, it was the make up of the other actors.
