Abraham Lincoln Will Kill Trent Reznor in New 'Vampire Hunter' Movie

Hot off his Best Original Score Oscar win for 'The Social Network,' Nine Inch Nails rocker Trent Reznor will step to work on at least two more soundtracks. Apparently encouraged by his Academy Award victory, Reznor will take his foray into film one step further -- he will not only write the music for, but also star in 'Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter.' The film is not based on a true story. At least, not entirely.

Badass Digest reports that Reznor will appear as a vampire in the movie, which is being produced by Tim Burton. Neither of those statements are all that surprising. The movie is an exploration of Abraham Lincoln's secret lifelong battle with vampires. OK -- that statement kinda is.
Reznor is also working on the score for 'The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo.' Guess when you find happiness, marry a beautiful lady and disband an institutional band like Nine Inch Nails, your life starts to become more and more like the movies. Or, at least, begins to sound like it.

Thinking of medical treatment in his time AB was most likely very insane.

Can Honest Abe kill the soundtrack as well? I can't believe the Social Network won an Oscar for best score. The music was so annoying and out of place in the film. I guess the Oscars' standards have gone way down since It's Hard Out There For A Pimp won for best song.
