Kim Kardashian and Sister Kylie, 13, Party in Vegas

Kim Kardashian hit the red carpet on Friday night outside the Sugar Factory American Brasserie, opening inside the Paris Hotel in Las Vegas, and showed off her date for photographers: her 13-year-old sister, Kylie Jenner, making her debut on the Vegas party scene.

Other guests spotted at the sugar-themed bash included Playmate Holly Madison, former Spice Girl Mel B, 'Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous' legend Robin Leach, actor Esai Morales, MTV starlet Whitney Port, DJ Havana Brown and a brigade of models in colorful corsets festooned with double-D-cupcakes.

Kardashian, who celebrated her 30th birthday in Vegas last year, tweeted her excitement on her way to the event: "Vegas baby! Heading to Sugar Factory! I brought my little sis @KylieJenn here to Vegas w me, she's never been before!"

Little sis Kylie (both TV personalities are daughters of Kris Jenner) weighed in with a "Vegas, Baby!" on her Twitter account, and posted a photo of the pair en route to the party on a private plane.

Lollipops and frothy drinks were served to guests, and Kardashian surely received kudos from partygoers about her first single, 'Jam,' released earlier this week.

As much as Kardashian likes to party with her loved ones, she's also serious about honoring one of them: her father.

The reality TV queen and wannabe pop star says she plans to donate the proceeds from 'Jam' to a cancer charity, because her dad (Los Angeles power lawyer Robert Kardashian) passed away at age 59 from cancer in 2003.

Agree with you on the dress (very inappropriate). But the headline is also misleading. It isn't a nightclub - it's a restaurant. It was during the day - not at night. There was no partying - After the opening event Kim & Kylie went straight back home to LA.

It's no secret Las Vegas exists for three reasons: Gambling, Booze and Sex. Allowing a 13yo girl to be a part of that atmosphere for all the wrong reasons is a prime example of horribly poor parenting. Her welfare would best be served by a visit from Children and Youth Services. The much older sister apparently doesn't know any better since she's been part of that scene most of her life. Pathetic no matter how you look at it.

Obviously Kris Jenner is morally bankrupt if she needs to let her 13 y/o daughter go to clubs in vegas with the trampy eldest daughter.I am sure she already has pointers from big sis's porno flick.
