Kim Kardashian and Sister Kylie, 13, Party in Vegas

Kim Kardashian hit the red carpet on Friday night outside the Sugar Factory American Brasserie, opening inside the Paris Hotel in Las Vegas, and showed off her date for photographers: her 13-year-old sister, Kylie Jenner, making her debut on the Vegas party scene.

Other guests spotted at the sugar-themed bash included Playmate Holly Madison, former Spice Girl Mel B, 'Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous' legend Robin Leach, actor Esai Morales, MTV starlet Whitney Port, DJ Havana Brown and a brigade of models in colorful corsets festooned with double-D-cupcakes.

Kardashian, who celebrated her 30th birthday in Vegas last year, tweeted her excitement on her way to the event: "Vegas baby! Heading to Sugar Factory! I brought my little sis @KylieJenn here to Vegas w me, she's never been before!"

Little sis Kylie (both TV personalities are daughters of Kris Jenner) weighed in with a "Vegas, Baby!" on her Twitter account, and posted a photo of the pair en route to the party on a private plane.

Lollipops and frothy drinks were served to guests, and Kardashian surely received kudos from partygoers about her first single, 'Jam,' released earlier this week.

As much as Kardashian likes to party with her loved ones, she's also serious about honoring one of them: her father.

The reality TV queen and wannabe pop star says she plans to donate the proceeds from 'Jam' to a cancer charity, because her dad (Los Angeles power lawyer Robert Kardashian) passed away at age 59 from cancer in 2003.

No, Bruce had another wife before Kris, I like Bruce and Rob
but the rest of them make me laugh. Kim is starting to get
old she is not gonna be able to keept this much longer and
her younger sisters will be end up getting messed up too. I guess
they will have their own show soon.

Actually, her attire is bad, but not near as horrid and trashy as I saw at the local mall on Friday night. The kids looked like they were applying for stripper/skank jobs. I was just astounded. Tight, revealing, low cut, pants on guys below their butts. They left nothing to the imagination. The make-up and hair was a similar freak show. I hope this cheesy stage ends soon. I understand that teens need to test the waters but I hope they don't drown with their dress and behavior.

Forget for a second that father Bruce Jenner has no balls, he and his wife, Kris, who by the way mistakenly thinks she's hot and is, next to Dina Lohan, the most publicity hungry mother of non talent children on the planet, should both be investigated by Child Protective Services for not only allowing their 13 year old daughter to go clubbing in Las Vegas but do it under the supervision of her 30 year old club princess, no talent except in her enhanced butt half sister. This family will do anything necessary to stay in the public eye until decades from now when the two youngest sisters are portraying their own version of Grey Gardens.

Mom should be so very proud.
There are some names for this type of girl, I just cant write them on here. My mother taught me to be proud of myself, and to have respect for myself, and others.
But how can anyone respect this girl dressing like a street walker at 13 years old?

Are the Kardashian/Jenner girls nothing more than cash cows for the parents? They aren't getting instruction in sports, dance, singing or going to University. This is disgraceful. Its all about the money with Kris and evidently Bruce is just decoration.
