Food Network's Alex Guarnaschelli is really excited for the upcoming 'Chopped All-Stars.'
"To me, it's not about the host or the judges or anything else. It's about the competitors and what they do," she tells PopEater.
We also watched the chef prepare her Spring Pizza, and it made us want to try it at home! Catch our chat and her demonstration inside.

I am so irritated with the judges on 2009 "Mac & Cheese, Cola, and Bacon" episode, in the appetizer round William did not use the cheese in the Mac & Cheese, Ted Allen says before they reveal the items in the basket that all ingredients have to be used, why say it, if when the chefs don't use it, they don't get chopped. It's like telling them "oh it's okay".

I love CHOPPED and watch it all them time! However, I think it is gross that they bring on a Kosher chef and make them work with shellfish and put a chef with allergies in the position of working with an ingredient they are allergic to. Shows a lack of humanity and is sloppy research on the show, made my skin crawl. Expect good food then make it something they can make and taste. Disappointed in this Chopped.
