Legal teams for Charlie Sheen and his ex-wife in waiting, Brooke Mueller, worked through the weekend to reach a custody deal that would allow both parents to see their twins, Max and Bob. A verbal agreement was already scuttled after Charlie talked to the media, and the new pact is said to include a requirement that monitors be present when the boys are with him.But while he waits to finally see his kids again -- it's been nearly a week -- sources including Charlie tell me they believe Brooke has been clearly profiting off the boys.

Who would be a better choice to care for Sheen's kids. Charlie, Brooke or an Ax Murderer? I choose the ax murderer. Apparently Hollywood can't seem to find any other decent choices for the safety and well being of the kids other than the nut job family members

Why would a mother want her children to be with a man who acts and behaves like Charlie Sheen? I wouldn't want my worst enemy to be with him, much less my wonderful children. Charlie is a train waiting to crash. No child should be with him.

the ex is nothing more than a money hungry piece of trash. she married him for his money and his kids to get more money. She's a druggie and alcholic herself. she couldn't stand to see Charlie with those 2 bimbos and know her kids are there and she is getting nothing from the publicity focused on her soon to be ex husband so she swooped them up and now negotiating for more money no doubt. He might be a nut case but he is the bread winner not her and the kids didn't look deprived to me.

I think it is time the news media shut Charlie down. If the news people would quit pandering to Charlie maybe he would quietly fade away. How about expending some of the news minutes reporting on the dead and wounded in the Afgan and Iraq conflicts. Those people fighting over there definately deserve more air time than Charlie.

I could care less about the two pretend adults in this story but what is happening with those 2 children is a real tragedy, to make money ( if it's true ) off the children is about as low as one can get, neither one deserves to be called the parent of these 2 beautiful boys

They're still better off with her than they are with you. You need Help and you should hand the reigns of control over to another. Charlie, You must be kidding. She bore those children and is their mother. If you are not supporting them, I wouldn't blame her for trying to get paid for photos of her children as long as she has approval of the photos. You are throwing your money away on dope and hookers not looking out for your children's interest. Look at your behavior over the past few weeks and before. I'd be ashamed if I were you to have my children see this recorded everywhere when they grow up. Your a jerk if you dont realize that all your aids and hookers are taking you for a ride to get your money. Which according to the way you are going wont last long. All those who are writing crap about Charlie ought to be hanged by the media themselves. They do not have the whole story. He is an actor that is now experiencing a media blitz and it is not fair, especially when young actors/actresses, like from "Harry Potter" possing Nude. Now he's the real fool. How mundane that so many people think they have the right to judge Charlie Sheen. All you perfect people should imagine what it would be like to have your self-righteous lives put under a media microscope. No doubt it would be mostly an exercise in boredom. Charlie didn't get to be the number one television entertainer because he pretends to be perfect, he got there because his fans support him. When you are worth that much to people, then perhaps you would have some basis to judge, but until then, grow up.

Reports say that Brook is one of the most well-known drug addicts and alcoholic's in Hollywood and is a hot mess.
One thing that Charlie is 100% truth, they are a lot better off with him than her. He has two nannies to take care of them as well and he is a great father outside of party exploits.
This is a money grab by Brooke--very sad. The lawyers are seeing dollars signs as usual.

Charlie, It's called a "Restraining order" to prevent Brooke from running to the media, AND any and all profits from her appearances should be ordered into a trust fund for the children. Effectively barring either Parent from access to the fund that would have a custodian for the fund.
