Lindsay Lohan Upset By 'SNL' Jokes

Miley Cyrus may have had many people laughing when she hosted 'Saturday Night Live' last weekend, but one starlet certainly didn't appreciate her jokes. Lindsay Lohan wasn't laughing at the jokes that came at her expense.

According to TMZ, Lohan was reportedly upset with the show's decision to make several jokes alluding to her recent legal woes. The actress is due in court on felony theft charges this week.

Lohan reportedly sent an e-mail to 'SNL' executive producer Lorne Michaels expressing her disappointment in his decision to let Cyrus take so many digs at her expense. Lohan apparently looks at Michaels as a mentor and felt betrayed by him and the show, sources told TMZ.

Cyrus appeared as Lohan in the show's opening sketch, which also featured fellow infamous headline-makers Charlie Sheen, Christina Aguilera and John Galliano. The teenage host also referenced Lohan in her monologue, where she delivered a song.

"I never stole a necklace or got a DUI / Never cheated on my wife like that golfer guy / So what if you can see a little boob from the side? / I'm sorry that I'm not perfect," Cyrus sang, with the necklace and DUI lyrics clearly about Lohan.

Lohan is scheduled to appear in court again March 10. Watch Cyrus' monologue from her March 5 hosting gig below.

Miley is nothing like Lindsay Lohan. Miley's work reputation is impeccable, she doesn't put partying before work. She also owns up to her very minor "scandals" and as she proved on SNL, is able to take a joke and make fun of herself. Rightfully so, she doesn't allow family matters to be ridiculed but is fair game about herself. No public drunkenness and her one time with salvia that we know of was in the privacy of her own home. She's totally image and PR aware, both areas where Lindsay is almost totally lacking.

Well maybe if Lindsay wouldn't do things to give the media so much fodder, she wouldn't get made fun of. She needs to straighten up and get some morals,like a lot of these Hollywood (ahem!) *stars*. Other people have made fun of her and Miley both -- it's the price you pay for living in a fishbowl. You trade your privacy for hefty paychecks. Miley has grown into a beautiful young lady.
Shes so much better than the parents that raised her.
Its tough being raised by parents that seem to be more interested in what Miley could do for them, instead of them taking care of her, she took care of them.
I have absolutly no respect for her parents, Miley made it by herself mostly.
I wish Miley all the very best, she deserves it.
