Charlie Sheen Tells Life & Style: 'I'm Losing My Mind'

After starting what will go down in Hollywood history as the most highly publicized meltdown of all time, Charlie Sheen is finally admitting to his problems and reaching out for help.

In the latest issue of Life & Style, the actor admits that his life has taken a sharp decline in recent months and that, despite adamant declarations that he's "winning," his life has fallen off course.

"I'm really starting to lose my mind," says Sheen. "I'm ready to call anyone to help."

Sheen, who recently lost his job on 'Two and a Half Men,' in addition to custody of his twin sons, Bob and Max, to estranged wife Brooke Mueller, now realizes that his lifestyle of excess has become unmanageable.

"I"m really trying to contain myself right now," says Sheen. "My lawyer wants to come over to my house and take the bullets out of my gun."

Friends are increasingly concerned about the actor's well-being, particularly since his children were removed from his home.

"It's crazy over here at the house," says a friend who was with Sheen when he learned he had been fired from his CBS show. "Charlie's losing it. He's really mad about the show, and dealing with the kids and Brooke is getting to be too much. Charlie is a ticking time bomb, and we all fear he could do something drastic like committing suicide or falling back on hard drugs."

The actor says his main priority is regaining custody of his sons, telling Life & Style, "I'll do anything to get them back. Now I don't give a f**k about the show or about anything [else]."

A source close to Sheen says that time is of the essence when it comes to getting Charlie's life back on track. "Anything could happen at any minute," says the source. "He's a danger to himself -- a really big danger."

This whole situation is a shame. It's obvious that Mr. Sheen is suffering from Bi Polar disorder. For the media to kick a man when he's down is nothing for them to be proud of. I pray his family members and friends can get some help for him. Charlie, I never was a big fan of your lifestyle, but I wish you the best.

The only thing Charlie Sheen has said lately that holds true or makes any sense at all is that he is losing his mind. OK, Charlie, now the next step is to enter a psychiatric facility so the professionals can help you try to find it again. You owe that to your children!

Why is Charlie so bummed out about losing his boys? He has other children. He doesn't seem to care about losing custody of them. This man does not deserve to see any of his children until he sobers up and grows up to be a real man. His drug dealer 'language' shows us what type of people he has been hanging with. Obviously, this is an evolution that's been happening for a very long, long time.

I would think Martin or Emilio could intervene and maybe talk someone into getting him in on the 72 hour hold, he has made statements he's losing his mind, i think they should at least try to get him in a hospital.

I am so tired of people who have wonderful lives that most can only dream about and they mess it up so badly. This is not his families fault, its his. Why do we keep rewarding this type of bad behavior with more and more money. We ignore people who are making actual sacrifices and give these "clowns" whatever they demand. I think it's time we start ignoring this behavior or it is going to be hitting close to home before we know it.
