Feisty Miley Cyrus Reprimands Paparazzi [Photo]

Fresh off her 'Saturday Night Live' hosting gig, where she squashed rumors and won over many of her critics, Miley Cyrus was back in California fending off the paparazzi.

Cyrus has never been one afraid to show some attitude, and yesterday was no exception. The pop star is seen here giving a photographer a piece of her mind, complete with a stern finger wagging in his face.

Cyrus and her mom Tish were leaving the California Chicken Cafe in West Hollywood when the photographer set her off.

Good for Miley. She is always nice to the paps when they give her a little space, but she will tell them off when they are rude.I love this , So does My boyfriend .he is almost 11year older than me .i met him via agegapsin gles.c'om a nice place for seeking age le ss love.which gives you a chance to make your life better and open opportunities for you to meet the attractive young girls and treat you like a king. Well John, Yes she does have to take it, she's in a PUBLIC place, she is a celeb, that's what she lusted for all of her life now she needs to deal with it and shut up whining about NO privacy, she should have thought of that before she terrorized us with her horrible TV show and singing.
She asked for it and now she gets EXACTLY what she deserves, NO pity here...

why can't the paparazzi be charged with stalking? yes being in the public eye, does ask for picture taking and such. but while they are eating a sandwich?walking out of a gym? or how about walking with their kids in a park? don't they deserve some private time? like the celebs or not, the picture hogs go overboard to invade peoples lives. if we could only be put in the celebs places and see what crap they go through. how many times have you said, " damn, i'm sick and tired of hearing and seeing charlie or jen or the kadashians". well, consider the source. the photog' can but sleezes.

She a fricken kid that has been a good girl for so long ... I know that I did things i shouldnt have done when I was a teen like try pot and drink beer but I tried it and moved on ... hell I say the girl needs to have some fun and if people werent always up her butt and she had REAL freinds noone would know that she smoked that crap hell id be pissed if someone showed everyone in the world i smoked something like that .. they sure wouldnt be my friend anymore ... i hope the money was worth it !!! ...
