Charlie Sheen means business. The actor just filed a $100 million lawsuit against Warner Bros. and Chuck Lorre for firing him from his hit CBS sitcom, 'Two and a Half Men,' TMZ reports.Sheen spoke out on the lawsuit via -- what else? -- his Guinness World Record-setting Twitter account, writing, "You corporate Trolls were warned. And now you've been served!"
After Warner Bros. gave Sheen the ax via letter earlier this week, the star told 'Access Hollywood Live' he felt the bigwigs involved were cowards.
"These guys are such yellow cockroaches that they didn't even have the decency to call me," said Sheen, indicating that he received a text with the news. "I put five bill in their cheap suit pockets. It's just deplorable."
The lawsuit, according to TMZ, is also on behalf of the 'Men' crew.

Lorre quit, not Sheen. Therefore, he cost people jobs.

It would be really stupid to try to use the ADA since Charlie Sheen has not admitted to having an addiction. You have to specifically tell your employer that you have an addiction and then take steps to stop the addiction. He hasn't done either one of those things.

There is also the Family Medical Leave Act which is what I would believe that would be talking about. But in order for that to stick Charlie would have had to go to the doctor and prove he has a medical condition which he is denying so I don't even know how they are challenging it.

Charlie only thinks of himself, not our brave armed forces. I heard that he plans on going to Haiti of all places with Sean Penn. Since when is he interested in Haiti? His new spin is pretending he cares about his crew, ex's and children. That's why he needs MONEY. Just a new excuse not to pay child support. It's gunna be pretty tough to say you were ready to go back to work but were fired when you were sick - this lawsuit, like all his ranting interviews is an emotional resposne that hasn't been well thought out - this suit is lost before it even makes it to court .... you can claim "winning" all you want but your record of late has more Ls than Ws .... Mehhhhhhhhn .....
