Report: Christina Aguilera Drinking at Restaurant That Led to Arrest

Christina Aguilera's Super Bowl flub, Grammy slip and recent arrest for public intoxication don't seem to have scared the pop diva straight.

Us Magazine reports that the soulful singer and her boyfriend, Matthew Rutler, were out drinking again at LA's Osteria Mozza, the same restaurant where the two were downing drinks before the pair were arrested for public intoxication on March 1.

A source at the scene alleges that Aguilera "acted as if the arrest never happened," sharing two bottles of wine with Rutler at dinner.

The 'Burlesque' star, who filed for divorce from hubby Jordan Bratman in October, has allegedly been over-imbibing since beginning her relationship with Rutler, leading many to wonder if he's a negative influence.

Friends have reportedly begged Aguilera to attend rehab for her alleged alcohol problem, which leads to the star getting "nearly fall-down wasted nearly every night," but their pleas have fallen on deaf ears.

A source adds, "She should see the arrest as a wake-up call, but she doesn't. She doesn't think things are that bad."

They shared 2 bottles of wine at dinner!! Hey as long as she thinks she is fine she won't stop no matter who tells her different. She is her own problem. I doubt Mr Irreconcilable Differences is the cause of this problem, though he isn't making it better either. If past stories are true she's been a drunk for quite some time. There have been numerous photos of her over the past few years soming out of clubs & restaurants late at night hammered.

I wouldn't go so far as to blame her boyfriend. Christina was doing a good job of downing alcohol before her new beau came along. He might be a good "scapegoat" for the media. In reality he's just a good enabler.

Well, this might be interesting news if I thought she was actually some kind of a star. Truth is, she is most likely drinking to excess because she is no longer the talk of the town or the industry. She is currently being outshined by the likes of untalented bimbos such as Lady Gaga and Katy Perry,so why not?
