Nick Cannon's Brother Arrested in California

While Nick Cannon is looking forward to becoming a first-time father to twins with wife Mariah Carey, his brother is looking forward to hard time, ETOnline reports.

According to the North Hollywood LAPD, Nick's brother, Gabriel Cannon, was arrested after trying to steal video equipment and personal items from a group of individuals in Studio City, Calif.

Gabriel, who was working in conjunction with an unknown number of accomplices, "tried taking our jewelry," one of his victims told LA's KCBS.

Nick Cannon, who recently celebrated the impending arrival of his children with a lavish baby shower with his wife, has not yet commented on his brother's legal situation.

Don't judge Nick Cannon because of his brother. Although they are related, they have their mind and character.

Why is it that people judge someone because of what his/her relative did like Bristol Palin?
