Looks like Scarlett Johansson and Sean Penn are still going strong. The couple, fresh off their one-day getaway to Mexico last week, met up for a intimate dinner date in Los Angeles, PEOPLE reports.The 'Ironman 2' actress and 'Milk' actor met for a late dinner at the celebrity friendly hotel, Chateau Marmont. Upon arriving at the hotel restaurant, they gave each other a welcoming hug. The new couple was dressed casually and seemed relaxed together, an eyewitness reported.
The pair were originally seated at one table but eventually moved to a more private area in a back corner. While they remained totally focused on each other, they kept the PDA to a minimum. They only held hands a couple of times during their date. While both sipped glasses of red wine, Johansson ordered a salad while Penn chowed on a burger.
"They looked genuinely happy together," an observer told PEOPLE.
Johansson and Penn wrapped up their meal around 11PM and slowly walked together to the hotel lobby, as Penn wrapped his arm around Johansson's lower back.

Seriously is there no one left in hollywood who cant find and be with someone their own or at least close to their own age? 24 years older? Thats just sick and wrong

why, who cares, like people who are close to their own age can't stay together, if people are happy, let them be....hater.
Right, because only people in Hollywood date older people. (rolls eyes) Get over yourself. They're consenting adults and that's all that matters. You may not want to date someone significantly older than you but that doesn't make you more right than anyone who does.
scarlett joh-babes-son is one fine looking honey. never been jealous of sean penn b4 now.

Scarlett...Dear.....HE'S GROSS!!!! You can do WAY better. I could see this attraction if he were a decent guy. He is a shady man that is washed up as an actor and he hangs out with some creepy people. What is up with you? You should have stayed with Ryan Reynolds if you were looking for the good wholesome life and hanging out with decent people. It is questionable what kind of MATURITY that you are looking for?

Sean Penn was one of the first people to go down to New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina to help. He used his own money for rescue efforts. He is not a bad person, just gets bad press. She could do a lot worse than Sean Penn.

Thanks, Tony. I was trying to think of something to say and then discovered that you'd already said it for me.
Personally I think Sean Penn is a great actor and director, and has done some good political stuff. But why he left his wife and is dating these young actresses is beyond me. He's always appeared as very intelligent until recent years. These actors and actresses seem to jump from one to the other, as if they are on a "trampoline" (pun intended). Scarlett should date someone her own age. I'm speaking from experience. Dating someone too old or too young, just generally does not work.

Yes, Mr. Penn is a good samaritan and always willing to help people out. He hangs out with Hugo Chavez? He and Charlie Sheen are friends? That does seem a little shady to me, bad press or not. It is my opinion though that he is Ugly and Old and Shady. She is young and can have her pick of nice young good samaritan men. I still do not get it. But different strokes for different folks and that is what makes the world go around right?
