Police Storm Charlie Sheen's Home

It has been reported from various sources that police stormed Charlie Sheen's house last night.

TMZ reports that members of the Los Angeles Police Department responded to a call stating that Sheen had threatened to harm himself with a gun.

A spokesperson told RadarOnline.com that Sheen is not allowed to own firearms under the terms of his temporary restraining order (TRO) filed by soon-to-be ex-wife Brooke Mueller.

The spokesperson is quoted saying, "It came to the attention of the LAPD that Sheen is a registered owner of firearms. LAPD is conducting an investigation to determine if Mr. Sheen is in possession of firearms or ammunition that would violate terms of the TRO."

It is reported that at least five police cars came to Sheen's house and a helicopter was seen flying overhead.

Sheen's attorney Mark Gross said that police found one rifle, which dated back to the 1800s, and "a few bullets." No other weapons were found in the house.

Gross confirmed that the police were executing a search warrant based on a complaint received by an unknown person who made a statement that Sheen possessed a gun.

It was also reported that the police were not going to arrest Sheen or place him in a psychiatric hold.

Radar is quoting an LAPD officer who said, "Mr. Sheen was very cooperative, and he is at home. He is not being arrested. The LAPD has completed their investigation. They will not be releasing their findings."

Sheen later tweeted about the entire experience: "#fastball; the LAPD were AWESOME. Absolute pros! they can protect and serve this Warlock anytime!!!"

Charlie really needs to be locked up , I am not saying jail, but he has some serious mental problems. His appearance is very similar to episode where his a character having a fling with someone from the dark side . Possibly the drugs and booze has effected his brain permanently. Also anyone right now that is making money off his actions are no better than he. He is truly sick and needs a padded cell. Too bad the police did not have a search warrant for drugs not just the gun. Maybe this would be the first step to help him. And if any attorney would attempt to intervene, they are not a true friend but a money hunger vulture waiting to pick his bones. I do wish him the best and a speedy recovery

To MacD: The cops had a search warrant for looking for a gun, in the process, if they found anything illigal in Sheen's house...They could confiscate it and arrest him!!

I don't know why they didn't arrest him for having an old rifle with a few bullets though????..Is that NOT a firearm/gun???

So, this news is really no news. The police just visited Charlie... and sounds like a social call at that. As for the drugs, Charlie hasn't tested positive for drugs, has he? If he had, the news would have jumped on that one pretty quickly.

Charlie needs to rename his faux show "Truth Trek". He can be the Captain Kirk of truth...wear a Star Trek shirt...talk like Bill Shatner... wildly click a TV remote screaming, "Scottie!! They have been looking for a reason to mess with Charlie all along,there probably wasn't any so-called tip, they found out he had a gun registered and used it to show-boat, 5-6 police cars, storming his house. Why not just knock on the door, oh that wouldn't make the news, I'll bet the press didn't get a tip either,and just listen to the hypocrites,there was no drugs and some old gun from the 1800's, all you old hens need to go back to watching Montel,now there's someone honest and rightous. Charlie is what we need,he at least has the ?alls to tell it like it is.....
