Will Charlie Sheen Skip Three of His Kids' Birthdays This Weekend?

Nothing says 'winning' (duh) like missing the birthday parties for three of your five kids, in just one weekend.

One of Denise Richards' daughters with Charlie Sheen turned 7 earlier this week, and this weekend, Richards planned a party for Sam (whose younger sister, Lola, will turn 6 this June) to take place at a gymnastics studio, according to an E! source.

Meanwhile, on the same day but reportedly at a different time, a party for twins Bob and Max Sheen is planned to mark their 2nd birthday. It seems the boys' mother, Brooke Mueller, made plans for a fun celebration at the home of family friend Kathy Hilton (Paris Hilton's mom). Mueller currently has a restraining order against Sheen.

Sources claim "there is no plan for Charlie to attend either party."

Like Mueller did earlier this month, Richards has also sought court protection in the past to keep Sheen away from their children -- namely, when the two were splitting up in 2006 and Richards filed papers alleging that his addiction to pills, gambling and pornography, as well as his fascination with guns, gas masks and the death of Nicole Simpson caused her to fear for her safety and the safety of their daughters.

However, in the last year, Richards has been extremely cautious about not slamming her ex in the press, and has reportedly arranged quality family time to encourage Sheen's presence in the girls' lives.

Sheen has professed to be a loving and devoted dad, but confirmed during his recent media blitz of erratic interviews the he hopes someday to impress his kids with "epic," "gnarly" tales of his partying lifestyle. When he first launched a bizarre web series from his house, 'Sheen's Korner,' he kicked off with a sincere dedication to his five kids (two each with Richards and Muller, and a shout-out to his 25-year-old daughter from a previous relationship).

There has been no comment from Sheen's camp about his children's birthdays this weekend.

The term "rode hard and put away wet" seems to fit. At this point he will not be able to even claim he will "live fast, die young, and leave a good-looking corpse" because he looks awful. The best thing he could do for his children is fall off the planet.

he can't go because he has a restraining order against him, get real, you guys are great to put him down, hope none of you perfect people ever have anything bad happen or do anything wrong and if you do, I hope everyone spends as much time cutting you down as you have him.

Nothing says Happy Birthday like a visit from your highly agitated, mentally ill, father. Staying away now is the best thing he could do.

It's really sad that a "real" tragedy got the attention off this messed up guy who needs help. So now that the spot light is off him maybe he will get help. Just really sad he "was" the top news story now what's really important America.......?

I saw on ET that Charlie bought his daughter a puppy
that she wanted and also spoke with the little girl on
her birthday. Many divorced fathers don't attend their
children's birthdays for different reasons, that doesn't
mean they don't care. One thing, Charlie loves and
provides for his children and they love him.

It's no big deal. My ex husband never attended any of our child's parties that were arranged by my side of the family, and consequently I never attended those arranged by him. For God's sake leave poor Charlie alone, no one knows the real truth, and none of us are perfect....

LOL The real truth is Charlie is an out of control coke addict. Many people kick these kinds of things on their own with the help of NA and poor weak Charlie can't even do it in or out of rehab. The only difference between Charlie and most other addicts is he's rich and can go anywhere he wants to get clean and sober and chooses not to. He's a good example of someone that has more money than brains.

Maybe he's not attending the boys' birthday party because of the restraining order requiring he stay away from their mother, Brooke. Regarding Sam, maybe he wasn't invited.

Nothing says "devoted father" like missing birthday parties and citing restraining orders as an excuse. I feel so bad for his kids, not for his failure to show up at a birthday party, but for the misfortune of having his DNA in their system. It will be a miracle of these kids grow up to be even halfway normal.
