Lisa Rinna and Star Jones Got 'Ugly' Behind the Scenes of 'Apprentice'
Lisa Rinna felt the underside of Donald Trump's boot last night on 'Celebrity Apprentice,' and the bad blood between her and Star Jones, the mastermind behind her defeat and the first to throw her under the bus during the episode, could not be any uglier.
"Since the show wrapped, there's been no love lost between Star and Lisa," one of the contestants tells me. "Things got so ugly between them that NBC legal had to get involved."
I'm told that Mark Burnett Productions and the Trump Organization had to step in and get the network involved during Lisa's short stint on the show. Both sides aren't talking about what sparked legal's attention or even who is the culprit in this mess.
That said, you could see from just watching the show that these two ladies clashed from the moment they met. Star pushed to get Lisa chosen as team leader, primarily because she thought she'd blow it and get fired. Even NeNe Leakes admitted it, saying, "We choose Lisa because we didn't think she would handle it, and it's best to get her out now."
Lisa was tasked with spearheading the creation of a children's book, but she soon had to defuse a battle between Marlee Matlin and Dionne Warwick. Throughout it all, she and Star butted heads.
We all knew that Star, the direct-talking lawyer, and the more relaxed Lisa were never going to be friends, but no one could have predicted it would ever get this ugly.
"Lisa feels betrayed by Star and Dionne Warwick and has never in her life been exposed to such a negative environment," a friend of Lisa tells me. "She comes from a place of love and refuses to fight dirty even if that means she would not win. To be honest, she's happy it's all over and has moved on."
"At least she left with her class and dignity in place," Lisa's friend tells me.

STAR & DIONNE ARE BULLIES. IF LISA PULLED THE SAME STUNT ON THEM, AL SHARPTON WOULD BE ALL OVER THE NEWS STATIONS WITH IT. THEY ARE BOTH LIARS & PHONEY SCAM ARTISTS & SHOULD HAVE NEVER BEEN INVITED ON THIS OR ANY SHOW. THEY PROBABLY BEGGED DONALD TRUMP BECAUSE MY GUESS IS THEY ARE BOTH HARD UP FOR CASH. WHAT LOW LIFES.
Hopefully Star or Dionne goes next...I really felt that Lisa should go...she was all confused....no leadership...but I can't stand Star or Dionne...so take them next!!!!

I think the Trump is sending the wrong message. The meaner you are the more you succeed. Wrong,wrong message.
I didn't feel Lisa should go, the others didn't work on a team, it was so obvious a set up to put Lisa as PM. Star and Dionne are hateful people and I was surprised that the Donald got rid of Lisa. Makes me dislike Donald Trump and his sidekicks all the more, makes me dislike the show. Last week the bully also got to keep his spot. If Trump is just for rewarding bullies and hateful people, I don't want to watch Apprentice again. Lisa did her best, Star and Dionne trampled down any ideas but their own; Lisa was working as a team while Star was on purpose trying to get the team to lose to get rid of Lisa. Booooo
Star Jones is nothing but a disgusting, snobby and opinionated woman who thinks she is better than anyone else. Her head is so inflated because is totally in love with herself. She appears to be a friend to no one but herself and does sneaky and underhanded things to get ahead. Lisa Rinna should glad to be off of that ridiculous show and away from Jones and the other egotist Trump.

Star and Dionne were just rude and ignorant. Guess they are trying to get attention since neither one has much going on in their careers. There is no reason to behave that way and they are the ones who look bad. My opinion of Dionne Warwick has changed drastically and I always thought Star was a joke.

I totally agree!! Star has never been a star and Dionne is too old and needs to go sit down and continue to collect her royalties. NeNe watch em girl, keep that third eye open.
I Loved Marlee's response to the fact that Dionne is suppose to be a "Legend" but to her she was just a scary old woman, and I am paraphrasing here, but if you watched the show you know the scene I am talking about. I think she said something about all she knew of her is what others have told her because she has never heard her sing. But I guess Miss Dionne thought that she was so Great that even the def could hear her greatness and that is her problem.

I agree. I will never again have any kind of respect for Dionne or Starr. Starr made a big mistake going on this show. Before now she was liked by some, including me. Now the world knows what a batch she is and will find joy in her downfall.
You might just be on to something Donna. I too did a 180 with my opinion of DW. But I did wonder if perhaps she was on "medication" , (maybe that's why she and jones were always eating) or showing early signs of dementia.
Starr Jones is obviously a very bright woman but she is also a snake. I would never turn my back on her. she has a way to cause great emotional stress to anyone she wants to do battle with. Imagine being married to that woman?? Nene is also two-faced. Dionne is just plain nasty. Lisa was right

I have lost all respect for Dionne Warwick. She made some great music but she is arrogant, nasty and disrespectful. As far as Star Jones, She is a nobody.

And, Marliee didn't even know Dionne was a star. : ) What you did 30 or 40 years ago can only carry you so far.
So, tell me America...who are the real racists in this country? I think this episode depicts an undercurrent of black hatred for white people and the political correctness thats permeates it. The white woman on the panel were intimidated and in fear of being branded a racist if they spoke up in support of Lisa. Only Marlee could get away with speaking up because of her handicap.
