Lindsay Lohan is currently prohibited from using alcohol, but is that stopping her? The star reportedly admitted to her probation officer that she's been drinking alcohol -- in a fermented tea.

According to TMZ, one of Lohan's favorite drinks is Kombucha tea, which the label claims has trace amounts of alcohol -- 0.5 percent or less. She was even photographed holding a bottle of the tea while leaving an alcohol education class last year.

The man behind the Chinese fizzy tea, GT Dave, told TMZ last year the product can help people kick bad habits, including alcohol, by "restoring healthy balance to the body."

However, in the eyes of the court, alcohol is alcohol. The infraction, though small, has apparently been added to her probation report, and will be considered when a judge decides whether or not Lohan has violated her probation agreement.
