Did Lady Gaga Steal 'Born This Way' From Japan's SNSD?

Lady Gaga's style is certainly one-of-a-kind, but her songs may not be.

Gaga's most recent single, 'Born This Way,' drew criticism when it was first released for sounding strikingly similar to Madonna's 'Express Yourself.' Now the pop star is coming under fire again for her sound-alike song.

Sources allege that Gaga's song sounds so much like a song by nine-member South Korean girl group SNSD that it may have been plagiarized. Fans of the Seoul-based band are claiming that Gaga ripped off major sections of 'Be Happy,' a song from SNSD's 2010 album 'Oh!'

Not to be rude (considering I'm a Gaga fan), but there were also parts in the song that sounded like TLC's Waterfalls. :P

And her style? A lot of things she took from Japanese and Korean singers. I can't tell you how many outfits I've seen her wear that just scream "KODA KUMI!" and "HAMASAKI AYUMI!!" So, hey.

Eh. Doesn't defeat the fact the song's still fun to listen to.

Why is no one worried that SNSD obviously plagiarized their song from Madonna? Or is it only plagiarism when a Lady GaGa song sounds similar to another song, but not when other non-GaGa songs sound similar to each other?

Whatever it takes! Gaga made "Born this way" is so much much much better than "Be Happy" :) Be honestly, "Be happy" is too annoyed to listen.
