Something's going on in Hollywood this week: Everyone's dressing rather well. In lieu of any malfunctions or disasters, we've got Holly Madison doing her annual St. Patrick's Day salute (aka handing out beer at a bar/casino in Las Vegas). She dresses only as Holly can, but even she's a lot more classy this year.

Other candidates this week are kind of straddling the fence between OK and not-quite-there, so don't be too disappointed at our lack of horrors. We'll try to make up for it next week. Here's hoping the celebs get the memo, too.
