In Rimmel's new ad for Lasting Finish Lipstick, the She & Him singer's adorable features are heavily disguised, having been airbrushed within an inch of their life.
In fact, the actress's Bambi-like blue eyes and striking coloring are the only things convincing us that this isn't actually another person entirely.

What a sad world we live in.

yeah
i love this
magazines are always doing this to celebrities. we know they airbrush stars but lately they look like warped dolled up versions of themselves.
Photoshop does with pictures what Autotune has done with music.....cheapens it to the point where it is unrecognizable to the original.
Today's Autotuned "stars" sound like robots and Photoshop makes them look that way as well.
Technology isn't always a good thing.
why even have her model, if your going to change her face, that is stupid.

Why would they do that??? She's a beautiful girl.

The ''before'' photo look so much better. Zoey is adorable, as is. Shame on Rimmel!

It doesn't look that much different. I only notice a slimmer nose at the bottom. Otherwise it looks like any other "glamour" shot. Zooey is adorable!

if u hadnt told me who it was i would have guessed liv tyler faster than zoe.

Why would someone want to make Zooey look like John Travolta?

Did anyone else think it was Maggie Gyllenhall? (pardon my spelling)

No...
Never mind these pictures. Find some of those rare photos of Zooey and her sister Emily together, then say a silent "Bless you" to their Mama and Papa for having children.

They actually changed the shape of her face!! This is something the beautifully quirky Zoey does not deserve.

Sorry, typo--Zooey

Why is she the model if you aren't happy with her looks. This airbrushing etc. needs to stop. We never know what we see, what we buy is ever real!

Zooey Deschanel is absolutely gorgeous. It's a shame that they had to change her look so much. Why even ask someone to hock your product if you want to change them so badly? This is just wrong. I feel very strongly about this. She shouldn't stand for it.

How about instead of hiring photographers AND PhotoShop experts, these magazines and advertising gurus just hire ONE cartoon character artist and call it a day?

They do this with everyone...photoshop until they are unrecognizable. Face and body. I want to see a face that looks real, not some zombie expressionless thing that barely looks human.
