Restraining Order Against Charlie Sheen To Be Dropped

Charlie Sheen's estranged wife Brooke Mueller won't extend the temporary restraining order she filed against him earlier this month, according to PEOPLE.

The restraining order, which was issued March 1, took Sheen's twin sons away from him and prevented the actor from contacting Mueller. The order expires today, and Mueller has decided against pursuing an extension.

"An attorney in the case asked that it be taken off the calendar," LA Superior Court spokeswoman Elizabeth Martinez said regarding the court date to extend the order.

Mueller insists, though, that Sheen take a psychological exam, according to RadarOnline.com.

"Charlie must submit to a mental health evaluation with a licensed professional before he can see Bob and Max," a source with knowledge of the situation told Radar. "Charlie won't see the boys until he sees a psychiatrist, that is someone neutral, that hasn't previously treated him."

Mueller initially filed the restraining order after Sheen allegedly made threatening comments toward her. The couple has since reached a custody agreement, and Sheen is moving forward with hopes to see his sons soon.

"If he wants to see them, he will do it," the source added. "Charlie agreed to these terms in the custody agreement. He has to adhere to the terms."

Dropping the restraining order must have something to do with money. It's the only thing that motivates ex-golddigger-wives/girlfriends to do anything; especially changing their mind.

What a bunch of low lifes. Sheen is obviously mentally ill and I'll venture that his xwife #2 really only cares about not having to care for her own children. What sane mother would allow their kids to be in the same house with Sheen and his wacko housemates? Those kids don't have a chance in hell. Social services should not allow them near Sheen.

And, who is Brooke Mueller to decide who and who does not need a mental health evaluation? Where are the results of her own drug testing? A gold-digger drug addict has no business with kids, NONE!

I would never let my children around Charlie. I doubt Denise will allow him to have her girls. Unfortunately the twins' mother has problems with drugs too. I feel very sorry for the twins. Charlie's family needs to do an intervention. I think everyone is afraid of him.
If he goes back to his show I think it will be a major flop.
