Will Brad Womack Be 'The Bachelor' for a Third Time?

With 'Bachelor' Brad Womack and Emily Maynard's relationship looking anything but secure, several ABC insiders have told me internal discussions have already taken place wondering if asking Brad to come back for a third run at 'The Bachelor' would result in ratings gold.

"No one ever thought Brad would be invited back for a second time after he rejected both women the first time he appeared," an insider tells me. "So it's not totally out of the question that Brad could return again if he and Emily stop trying to make this relationship work."

Fans were shocked last week to discover that the couple had already split since the show finished filming. Emily reportedly refuses to commit, and the pair canceled all their post-show interviews and continue to live a thousand miles apart, with Emily in Charlotte and Brad in Austin.

"If Brad hadn't found love the second time there is no way he would ever be invited back on the show," a show insider tells me. "But after America saw him try so hard to make his relationship work with Emily, they like him again. Everyone thinks Emily tricked him -- they feel sorry for him."

While Brad and Emily continue to decide if they are a couple or not, ABC can continue to reuse, renew and recycle, turning Ashley H., a former contestant, into the next 'Bachelorette' when the season premieres May 23.

Who knows -- the third time might be the charm for Brad!

I knew Emily and Brad would Not make it...She is used to being on her own(if u want to call it that)in her provided mansion.She has been spoiled by her daugters Grandfather and always will be...nobody will be good enough for her or Ricky...cannot imagine someone trying to correct that little girl for anything!!Again Emily will never move from her Nest...would you?As for Brad...I would not put up with any kind of temper either...there is better out there,like maybe another Nascar driver?(more her SPEED)haha

What is wrong with people who cannot find dates in a normal situation? This TV show is certainly not an example of normal so why is anyone surprised when these relationships do not work out. Who wants to date a man or woman who is kissing on a different partner every day? Either someone is interested in dating you exclusively or not. It would be degrading to carry on such a relationship, waiting for someone to make up their mind as to which one they liked the best. I seriously do not think you can fall in and out of love on a whim so bringing Brad back for a third time would most likely be a disaster. Really he is not ALL THAT. yuck.

"Fans were shocked to learn that Brad and Emily had already broken up"... really? Pretty much par for the course on that show. If I were the brother or father of any of these women on the show, Mr. Brad would have a couple black eyes and need some restorative dental work. This show is the worst thing on TV.

The guy talks like he hasnt got all his marbles, painful to listen to the 1st time. Didnt watch him the 2nd time. And having him as the bachelor for the 3rd would be suicide for ABC and would look as if ABC has lost their marbles. It would be ratings gold alright, for the other networks!

I understand ABC's interest in wanting Brad on the Bachelor a second time, because he didn't pick anyone the first time. It offered not only the dynamic of him finally finding love this time, but it also offered the viewers the chance to see if he had changed and evolved as a man, as well. HOWEVER, no one else who "thought" they found love, and didn't, has been asked back. No matter how much i think Emily deceived him (and i do), I don't think it would be fair to anyone else that has loved and lost, from previous shows.

Boy Disney has really lost it big time. They want to cancel All My Children and put this fool back on for a third time. Enough with these Reality shows. I for one are very tires of them and want to see some quality shows and I mean shows not reality or talk shows.
