Celine Dion Reveals Breast-Feeding Is the Secret to Her Svelte Figure

Celine Dion was back at Caesar's Palace in Las Vegas performing her new show, 'Celine,' to a sold-out crowd. While the performance had the audience cheering and tearing up with emotion, the one thing that everyone was talking about was Dion's svelte figure.

She revealed to Canada's Etalk (via UsMagazine.com) that the secret to her fabulous body is "breast-feeding." "You get busy with twins, and you feed them so they help you to recover very fast. So I helped them help me." Dion had given birth to twins Eddy and Nelson five months ago.

Dion, 42, previously revealed that she had undergone six rounds of in vitro fertilization before getting pregnant with the twins, born via C-section in October last year. The singer also has another son, Rene-Charles, 10, with husband, Rene Angelil.

But Dion admits that slimming down in a short period of time was not her goal at all. "It's not important. I'm not a model. I'm not there to wear a size 2 or 0 or 4. I'm going to find the dress that's going to fit the body at the time. But it happened to be that the weight loss [happened] very rapidly. And genetically, I'm very lucky, too."

She also admits that other than the breast-feeding, there is a lot of running around and taking care of all of her kids, adding, "There's a lot to do and lots of fun."

Yes, breastfeeding did all that. I admit it helps to slim down, but let's be realistic. These celeb moms also have personal trainers, chefs, housekeepers, and a nanny to help them.

I agree. Breastfeeding really does take the weight off and helps shrink the tummy -- fast. In fact, any weight I've ever gained over the years cannot be blamed on pregnancy because breastfeeding burns so many calories. Still, I think many celebs do have extra help. I'd love to have a personal trainer and a housekeeper! Also, Celine has always been thin and likely always will be.

I'm guessing her diet and personal training also help out. It would be nice if she buddied up with Kirstie Alley to help her with that weight problem.

Don't worry about Kirstie Alley, just be concerned with yourself! To many people judge other people and forget what they look like in a mirror! Anyway, this story was about Celine, not Kirstie!

Ever notice that lots of celebs have their babies by "scheduled C-sections"? And that many of these babies are born a few weeks early? Babies gain most of their weight in the last few weeks. Taking the baby a few weeks early doesn't usually affect their health but they are a little smaller. So, instead of 7 or 8 pound babies celebs have 5 or 6 pound babies. This keeps the mother smaller too. My theory is that they plan this so they can stay slim AND the C-section is also a tummy tuck. I'm no doctor but I think that's why so many celeb moms look so good right after giving birth.

Celina is way too into herself.
And having it wrote here, that her way of staying thin is because of breast feeding is bs. As others have wrote before me, the woman has money, she has every benefit other woman dont have like trainers, and a spcaial diet that her cooks make for her. With money any woman or man, can do what she has done.
I lost all of my baby weight from taking care of my own baby for a couple of months. I would like to hear a woman in hollywood say that for a change.
