liz was a true beauty! she loved her boys =Elton MJ,Rock Hudson..
Lol at all these Dancing with The Stars rejects.
i agree! who the hell are THESE people? definitely not stars
She did more good than we will ever know.
Before helping in Africa she helped many small
organizations that help to save American Children.
Of the many, the one that I can remember is
Focus Adolescent Services.
In her memory, I will sned a gift to them. I think that Liz would have liked that.
Bless Her Heart
arcenio hall was a recording artist who did quite well in the 80's he also hosted a late night tv talk show
Like your diamonds, you'll live forever. Maggie the Cat's alive! RIP Elizabeth.

I agree, what stars? What about some reactions from her "true" peers? After Elizabeth, Lauren Bacall is about the last woman from the golden years of movies.

remember Debbie Rennolds. her husband had an affair w/ liz.
Although she will be truly missed, Elizabeth Taylor packed more amazing experiences into 1 life than most of us ever could. Her humanitarian spirit is what truly made her beautiful...

yea, who cares what these losers have to say about the lady, bring on some people that matter.

79 is seems so young for a woman so beautiful. All that wealth can not buy her one iota health to make it to a hundred and five like my plain old grandma.

Elizabeth Taylor is truly one of the last of the great, true glamorous Movie Stars. And she rose to that status without resorting to a sex tape, nudity or vulgarity. She may have had her brush with scandal during the love affair and eventual marriage to Eddie Fisher, but she redeemed herself with all of her good deeds in the following years. Even Debbie Reynolds forgave her renewed their friendship. Although she may have been born in Britain, she was born to American parents. Elizabeth Taylor, you are and always will be a great American Treasure. No, cheap "RIP" for you, someone like you deserves the respect of taking the few extra seconds to type out the real thing, REST IN PEACE, Elizabeth Taylor.

OK so Liz taylor died.
We all have to go sometime.
People die everyday of the week, don't see blogs from people mourning them.
I liked Liz taylor, of course I would not say she was the best there was. Maybe if she did not have all these jewels hanging around her neck she may have lived a bit longer, Im sure it was a strain for her just holding her head up from the wieght of the jewels weighing her down.
I wonder if she left any of these jewels to be sold so the money can feed the hungry and put clothes on the poor.
OR will she be buried with them.????

Not only was she an amazing humanitarian, but also not mentioned often she was an amazing mother. We never heard about her children doing stupid things and ending up in the tabloids trying to be famous and for someone so famous that is saying something...
