'Top Chef' Judge Tom Colicchio and Wife Welcomes Third Son

'Top Chef' head judge and mentor Tom Colicchio welcomed his third son on Tuesday.

Colicchio posted a message on Twitter that said his wife Lori Silverbush gave birth to son Mateo Lev Colicchio on Tuesday at 12:11PM in New York City. He also said that the baby weighed 7.9 pounds.

PEOPLE reports that the mother and new baby are both doing well, according to a rep for the couple.

Mateo is Colicchio's third son. Colicchio also has a 19-month old son, Luka Bodhi, with Silverbush and 17-year-old Dante from a previous relationship.

Colicchio also tweeted his thanks for the outpouring of congratulatory messages. "My wife Lori, baby Mateo and I thank all for the outpouring of love and good wishes today."
