George Lopez Compares Kirstie Alley to a Pig

Kirstie Alley has gained some girth since her days on 'Cheers,' and George Lopez isn't about to let her forget it.

Lopez launched an attack on the 'DWTS' star's fuller figure on 'Lopez Tonight,' saying of her first performance, "She did a nice job, her little hooves tapping away."

While Alley declared on Twitter, "lost 60 lbs before DWTS... Haven't weighed in three weeks but sure I've lost over 10 more," Lopez kept the barbs about her weight coming.

"Before the show, she went to the market and then she had roast beef," said Lopez, alluding to a line from the classic nursery rhyme 'This Little Piggy.' Lopez followed this up with a commercial featuring an animated pig, saying, in case the joke wasn't clear enough, that it looked like Alley.

Despite the jabs, the actress has remained in good spirits, telling her Twitter followers, "You are all saying such sweet and complementary things to me... Thank u all so much.. I feel like Cinderella tonight."

What a jerk? It is tough enough to be heavy and be in the public eye. But, to have someone who by the way is not the most model of citizens trashing you in front of millions has got to hurt. Why kick her when she is trying to put her life back together? I used to like you George, but, that is wearing thin (pardon the pun) at this point. You owe her an apology!

i liked George Lopez but he is one to talk.he was overweight himself at one point.Kirsty isn't even THAT big,and i think she looks perfectly fine the way she looks now! this was a low blow by George,i thought he was better then this...im dissapointed in him.

I feel very sad that people are still so ignorant. Does he not have a little girl named Mayan? What is this teaching her? Does he say such hurtful things about her too?
Kristi is an idol to be honored not put down because she is a full figure woman. She is beautiful and strong and apparently a lot more of an adult than George will ever be.
I have learned something about George Lopez and will never watch another show of his.
To many girls/women who are trying so hard to fit the model mold, killing themselves to be skinny. Yes girls it is important to be heathy but you need to becareful as to not kill yourself to fit what hollywood shows.
I hope George thinks twice before he downs others, and looks at himself and his family and the role model he wants to be to all.
Shame on you George Lopez and if you are any sort of man, then apologize publicly. And God, I pray! your daughter knows nothing of this!

I applaud Kirstie Alley for being so public with her weight struggles. She shows that she is human like the rest of us and it not hiding in shame behind closed doors. I think that she looks amazing for 60 yrs. old. Lopez's remarks are very cruel and I hope she goes all the way and wins Dancing. I think he owes her an apology.

I have lost any respect I had for George Lopez. He has the nerve calling her names. Has he looked in the mirror lately. He's nothing pretty to look at. Kirstie is a beautiful woman, inside and out. She has a great personality and she proved that she can shake what God gave her. Her dancing suprised all of us. I think George needs to take a good look in the mirror. He will see a bitter, older, nasty looking man who's jokes are no longer funny and he now needs to insult people to get anyone to pay attention to him.
