Teresa Giudice's Husband Arrested Again
'Real Housewives of New Jersey' star Teresa Giudice is dealing with yet another headache involving her husband.
Joe Giudice, 40, was arrested at the family's New Jersey home Friday, charged with fraudulently obtaining a state driver's license. The penalty if he's found guilty? He could face more than 10 years behind bars, according to New Jersey's chief assistant prosecutor.
In June 2010, Giudice allegedly visited the motor vehicles department, presented his brother's identification materials (reportedly his brother's marriage license and birth certificate) and got a driver's license for his own use.
The reality star's husband wasn't using his own license because it had been suspended.
The father of four already served eight days of a 10-day sentence in September, for driving with a suspended license.
His driver's license was first suspended after his DUI arrest back in January 2010, when Giudice crashed his car in the wee hours of the morning.
Friday's arrest came at an inconvenient time for Teresa Giudice, who decided to keep a public appearance at a casino in the Poconos, while other family members bailed her husband out of jail, according to
RadarOnline.com.
On Twitter, Teresa did not even hint at trouble in her family. Joe Giudice's mother reportedly drove him from jail to meet Teresa at her book signing for her 'Fabulicious' cookbook. The reality star
tweeted, "Hanging out with my honey at Mt Airy Casino. Just finished dinner now we are going to check out the scene."

I have never seen one episode and, don't intend to . Just the name of the show is a turn off to me . Look around you walking tothe mailbox or, look out the window making coffee and you see the same crapola . These two should be in jail. Joe is spending money he doesnt have and Teresa is a just a moron. I was at breakfast one day and she tried to back her Caddy Truck out of the parking spot. She almost ran me over cause her 4 ft 9 frame couldnt see out the back window. Then she went up the curb. I started to yell at her and she just put her hands up with a dumb-fouded look on her face.
As far as the show...Bravo only cares about money and ratings and there are too many people with too much time on their hands that watch the show.
As for the the Brownstone- I have been there many times for private and work functions and even had my wedding there way before any show came along. I have known some of the people on the show for many years. They are just typical people and Caroline has always been very nice.

I dont know (or care) how those two found each other, but i'm glad they did, because nobody else in their right minds would want either one of them. He's and idiot, using his brother'd id to get a license; like that wouldnt be found out. He can't pay for his house, he cant' drive and he can't get a drivers license. That's something to be proud of. She must not have enough mirrors in her house now, or gets dressed in the dark. She may think she's skinny but when she wears her dresses so tight, u can see her tummy buldge. That's attractive!! omg, and when she speaks its like nails in a chalkboard. Her kids aren't even cute. guess ugly begets ugly!

They keep Teresa on the show, because everyone likes to read trash, about the people on these shows. And, it brings people to the TV, to watch the show and see what's next. Everyone expects it of people from New Jersey, because they tie the name, unfortunately to Mafia groups, that they hint about, in the papers and even on TV. Unfortunately, for the people of New jersey, they get a bad rap, because of this and shows like "The Sopranos" don't help. Teresa definately needs a makeover. With a change in her hair, to soften her looks and removal of all that "Pancake" from her face, she may look like a beautiful woman. But, if they did this, on the show, she would just be another beautiful woman. This way she can play the trashy wife of "Meatball" Joe, you know the little guy, with the big man syndrome. Are they for real, could he really believe that he could get away with that farce about the driver's license? Maybe, this is Teresa's way of trying to get a raise..I guess, I'll just watch a better show, like "The Housewives of Atlanta", with Ne Ne and the girls, LOL.
