Jennifer Hudson's Fiance Still 'Adjusting' To New Figure

Jennifer Hudson's new slim figure has heads turning, but she claims her fiance is still getting used to her svelte shape.

The singer stopped by 'The Tonight Show' to chat with Jay Leno last week, and she revealed that her 80-pound weight loss was a huge change for her fiance, David Otunga.

"He's getting adjusted to it," Hudson said of her new look. "He's not really into change that much."

Hudson admits she's definitely more into fashion and clothes now that she's proud of her new figure, but said Otunga doesn't always get her new style.

"He fusses at me like, 'Why do you have to have to get all dressed up to go out, and why can't you just go out like you used to?'" she said. "And I'm like, 'I'm a walking billboard now, honey!'"

Hudson's second studio album, 'I Remember Me,' was released last week, following its lead single 'Where You At.'

The singer claims the album is much more personal than her first one, and she draws from her own life experiences in recent years. In the past three years, Hudson has gotten engaged; lost her mother, brother and nephew in a shocking murder; became a mother; and dropped a dramatic 80 pounds.

Don't worry...she will gain all the weight back and then some once her contract is up....There is no way she will keep the fat off!

Her previous fiance'she dated for 10 years when she was a fat nobody- he totally supported her, including financially. When she finally made it, all of a sudden he isnt good enough anymore and she ends it and gets engaged to this guy after 1 month of meeting him and has his baby; thats gratitude for you - mistreat good people you pay down the road

She has a lot of people fooled. Is it supposed to give her 'street cred' the way she butchers the English language during an interview? I guess in her mind she's just 'keeping it real'. Sure. If you think she's a great singer, take a few minutes and listen closely. She's average at best. She relies on her wailing to make you think she's a first-rate vocalist. Anyone can wail. Pick a higher note and try it. The higher the note, the longer any singer can hold it. What's so special? Even her music is mediocre...nothing melodic about it. It's choppy and loud with lyrics any beginner could write. She has a lot of people fooled alright and it all goes back to her 'back story' that got her the break she needed after getting bumped from Idol. Hopefully her weight loss will lead to a healthier lifestyle for her and, especially, her child.

Yes, she looks lovely. Why is she still engaged? Is marriage a no no in her family, especially when she has a child with this man? Instead of being so into her figure, how about concentrating on the right thing to do now that you have a child!!

Hopefully this isn't a red flag about his personality. He sounds a little jealous of her new figure and her wanting to dress up and feel good about herself. I could just be reading more into it, but those words just trigger alarms in my head.

Aw geez, sounds like her fiancée is feeling a little insecure. Not a good sign, either Jennifer dumps him asap, or get ready for a potential - "I cheated because you made me do it", "if you hadn't lost all that weight, I wouldn't have been that insecure, etc." scenario. So called "loved ones, family, friends, etc.; always try to find a way to sabotage your success. They feel insecure and want you down in the gutter with them.
