Matthew McConaughey Wants to 'Live Our Life Out Together' With Camila Alves

Matthew McConaughey may have mastered the lady-killer act on screen, but in real life, he's a committed family man looking forward to spending the rest of his years with his partner, Camila Alves.

McConaughey, who stars in crime thriller 'The Lincoln Lawyer,' tells Esquire that despite having fame and fortune, family is still his number one priority.

"I found the woman I wanna do it with, the woman I wanna make a family with, hopefully live our life out together," he says of Alves, with whom he has two children.

"She needs to have 50 percent of that. I mean, it's a lot easier for me to be at 100 percent. I'd always been 100 percent. It's braver for me at 50 percent."

While McConaughey is grateful for the work that has given him success, he wants to make sure fans know he's not just the naked-bongo-playing good-time guy the media often makes him out to be.

"Do I think the image of me is a true picture of who I am? No, it's incomplete," he says. "Am I a fun-loving guy, man? Who likes running around in the summer with his shirt off, man? Am I a guy who likes to hang out with his friends, and party and go to concerts and football games with his friends? Well, yeah! Yes, I am. Always have been. Always hopefully will be. You know?"

your a very nice fellow matthew..nothing wrong to have fun..laughter.. friends.. concerts..in your life forever..you had a good family..mom and dad loved their family..they had their splits..however seemed to love each other..your just a bit gun shy..don't screw up ypur own little family...

Maybe she doesn't believe in marriage, just look at Goldie Hawn and Kurt Russell, they've been together over 20 or so years and are not married. Maybe she wants to keep the door open so that if it doesn't work out, she can just walk away without dealing with a nasty typical Hollywood divorce.
