Judge Judy Rushed to Hospital One Day After Surgery [Updated]

Judge Judy was hospitalized Wednesday morning, RadarOnline.com reports.

The 68-year-old TV show judge, full name Judith Sheindlin, was rushed to an LA hospital with nausea and intestinal issues, Radar writes. An ambulance came to the set of 'Judge Judy' at 9:12AM after a 911 call.

"The judge was feeling nauseous and had some intestinal discomfort and decided to go to the hospital to get it checked out," Judge Judy's rep, Gary Rosen, told Radar. "They are keeping her overnight for tests."

UPDATE: Judge Judy reportedly underwent oral surgery on Tuesday and "and didn't eat all day before the procedure and she had to take pain medication," a insider of the TV show tells RadarOnline. "She was told to take the day off but she said 'No, No I'll work.'"

UPDATE II: Judge Judy called TMZ to say, "I'm just exhausted, and my body was telling me it needed a day to chill." She added that she was "fine" and "at my age, I know my body."

"She was just sitting on the stand during her taping, and she started saying things that didn't make any sense," an insider tells Radar. "It was only during the second case. The judge said a couple of sentences that didn't have anything to do with the case, and then she stopped speaking and said she wasn't feeling well."

Judge Judy reportedly told her audience she would need to stop.

I doubt she reads this but, I hope she gets well soon.
She is jugemental (she is a judge) against people with mean dogs, people who don't look at her, who talk while she is talking and who don't bring what they need to bring to court. She will never allow for pain and suffering and hates people who get goverment support. She is against people who take their moms, brothers, sisters to court. She is sometimes unfair or so it seems but she knows what she is doing.. She reads the case before going in and knows already who is lieing. She yells and screams because it makes good T.V. I watch her if I am in a good mood, and don't when I am not. I don't watch her if I have a headache. Probably the empty stomach and the pills.. I would of loved to been there.. sorry my bad.. I do hope she gets well soon... gotta love her and hate her at the same time.

"The judge was feeling nauseous and had some..." When will these alleged intelligent people realize? Nauseous is equal to disgusting. Nauseated is equal to sick. If you feel sick, you are nauseated. If you are disgusting/obnoxious you are nauseous.
Got it? Now go get your money back for your university degree.

I love Judge Judy and her justice. Sometimes I don't agree with her decision but 98% of the time I do. Get well Judge Judy and hurry back.

Certainly hope Judy does well, however I also hope she does not continue her show. My wife watches the show EVERY DAY!!! I leave the room till the show is over. Judy is so overbearing on her show that I have to leave the room. She is such a jerk. Her health is another matter and I wish her the very best in her health recovery.

"Judge" Judy is just about as entertaining as the Steve Wilcos show, Jerry Springer show, and WWE wrestling. Seems like everyone who watches these, loves to see someone yelling at or belittling someone else. Just goes to show that people who like or especially believe this stuff is real, are really twisted. I would tell that old NAG just what is what if she yelled at me for no reason as she does everyone who "Goes in front of her bench". Merely props, not litigants! Bye Judge Jewdy

I hope that she is going to be okay. I like her show. She is very much a no nonsense judge and doens't let the people talk over each other and herself like some of the other judge shows do. She is good at getting right to the heart of the matter and righting the wrong.
