Michael Lohan Debuts New Girlfriend on Twitter

Looks like Michael Lohan has found a new shoulder to cry on after splitting from girlfriend Kate Major last week.

Lohan posted a few pictures to his Twitter account of his new girlfriend, a woman named Bernadette.

In one of the photos, Lohan, 50, is seen locking lips with the young brunette and the tweet reads, "U r amazing."

Lohan talked to RadarOnline.com about his new girlfriend. "Bernadette is a nurse who I met at the beach in Florida. I'm here with her now, but after I get back to Los Angeles, she's coming up to New York with me."

He added, "We've been together day and night, every day."

Last week, Lohan was arrested on suspicion of domestic violence after his ex-girlfriend Kate Major filed a report with the sheriff's department claiming the couple got into an argument that turned physical.

As a result, the Los Angeles district attorney filed a misdemeanor charge of "inflicting injury on a Cohabitant" against him.

Radar reports that Lohan even took a dig at Major when he spoke to them about his new girlfriend. "Bernadette is the total opposite of Kate: She is smart, doesn't drink or smoke and is in great shape. Finally a down to earth person who hates tabloids!"

Earlier this week, Lohan's ex-wife, Dina Lohan, revealed to PopEater's own Rob Shuter that Lindsay Lohan was planning to drop the Lohan from her name and just go by Lindsay. She also said, "Me and [younger daughter] Ali will be officially changing our last names back to my maiden name, Sullivan."

Lohan reacted to the news, saying, "I don't think it's true at all. I would never imagine any of my kids changing their name, especially Lindsay."

He also calmly insisted he had no idea why his ex, Dina, would announce such a thing. "Could it have to do with the drama with Kate?" he hinted. "You never know." He added, "With all due respect....Dina has said a lot of things over the years that have never come to fruition."

Couldn't have said it better myself. Michael Lohan is a "jerk", constantly in Lindsay's business, and she want's nothing to do w/ him. I wonder why?

If this means anything at all to you, you need to get a life of your own.

She'll cop an attitude on him just once and end up in the emergency room. He'll find a way to f this relationship up too.
