The 'American Idol' judges shocked the world last week when they saved contestant Casey Abrams from elimination, and Jennifer Lopez dished to Ryan Seacrest about their heart-pounding decision.

"We knew that it was kind of a radical decision because it was so early in the season, but to be quite honest...that is one decision that I haven't lost one ounce of sleep over," Lopez revealed on Seacrest's KIIS-FM radio show Wednesday morning. The 41-year-old judge is promoting her latest single, 'I'm Into You,' in addition to her judging gig.

Lopez, along with fellow judges Randy Jackson and Steven Tyler, discussed saving Abrams after America voted him off last Wednesday and cut his swan song early to deliver the good news. Though some viewers think it was too early for the judges to use their one and only save, Lopez has no regrets.
