Young Money rapper Nicki Minaj has finally addressed rumors that she has met with Simon Cowell regarding the U.S. version of his TV show 'The X Factor.'

Speaking as her English alter ego Martha, Minaj told MTV that she is unable to discuss her rumored appearance as a panelist on the new show, but did reveal that she is "absolutely in love" with the former 'American Idol' judge, and that her life has been forever changed by meeting him.

"I can't talk about that, but I love Simon very dearly," Minaj explained in a dandy British accent. "He's such an amazing man. I had the pleasure of meeting him and my life will never be the same, darling. I told him that. I was absolutely in love with him prior to meeting him. And now that I've met him, it's like I dream about him every night."

Cowell sparked the rumors when he revealed that he is a "big fan" of Minaj, but was vague about whether she'll be a fellow judge on the American version of his popular UK show.
