Courtney Love Slams Kelly Osbourne For Calling Her a 'Crackhead'

Courtney Love is serious about her sobriety, and she's not about to let her detractors claim otherwise.

After hearing that Kelly Osbourne had made a joke about Love's past drug abuse on E!'s 'Fashion Police,' the rocker took to online video site VYou to clear things up.

In response to a fan's question about the length of her sobriety, Love answered, "The answer is '05. Since October '05."

Love went on to explain how hurt she was by Osbourne's comments, saying, "Kelly Osbourne and Joan Rivers called me a crackhead on the E! channel. Kelly knows I'm sober. Kelly knows there's no drugs allowed at my house. I think it's really lame."

Love continued her tirade against Osbourne, claiming to have saved the reality star's life on multiple occasions. "This girl I know, Kelly Osbourne, I've saved her life twice," ranted Love. "I've done CPR, I've put things in her boobs. [She was on] Oxycontin, cocaine, foaming at the mouth."

The rocker went on to claim that Sharon Osbourne had paid publicist Max Clifford hundreds of thousands of dollars to keep Kelly's "huge drug problem" out of the media.

Despite her vehement denial that she was still using drugs, Love later admitted, "I drank rosé this year, I had a bump ... but I take my program seriously ... I've been drunk this year more times ... than I have in my entire life."

While Love had many less-than-flattering accusations about Osbourne's past, she claimed, "Kelly and me get along great ... but it's gross. I don't like being the punchline for drugs when I don't do them, so stop it."

I don't think she was at all sober at Pamela Andersons Roast. I really was cheering for Courtney when she looked like she might actually do it and stay sober, but I'm sorry tosay she's only lying to herself and making herself look totally in denial foolish because she has not been in total sobriety since 05. And Kelly shouldn't of called Courtney a crackhead, but I'm having a really hard time about Courtneys stories of bringing Kelly back to life and no matter how much Sharon paid someone to keep the lid on their personal lives, No way, it just doesn't happen. The Paparazzi finds out everything one way or another so I think Courtney made that one up also about Sharon, Who I totally think is awesome along with her husband. I wish Courtney would be true to herself cause I think she is a person who is more real than she has been being to herself and fans, but no matter what, She is a human being and not many of us have had to go through some of the tragedy she has.

Courtney looks fabulous, can't be drugged out and look that good, really. Would luv the name of her plastic surgeon, he's a god! Plastic surgery and being clean from drugs, she looks beautiful. There will be haters.

Yikes....who cares? (Yet, I read the article, LOL) Anyway, I dont see what the damn big deal is. However, Kelly does have some nerve, given her own history, and, who knows...maybe she's still using. This Love chic needs to lighten the hell up a bit. If she's so "programmed", she's not supossed to let this crap get to her. I don't know what the people expect. After all, their in the public eye, and it's just the way it is. Not saying it's right...but they should be used to it.
