Dr. Drew Pinsky is known for helping celebrities through rehab, but he also knows a thing or two about keeping regular people healthy."You can talk about health tips all day long, but what's so important is making change," he says. "Walking the walk, not just talking the talk."
Dr. Drew lists things that are essential -- like a balanced diet, exercise and lowering your stress levels.
The good doctor, however, doesn't necessarily take his own advice. Watch It Below.

He's a quack. His success rate is less than 10%. Making people go cold turkey is a no-no. Read any literature you get with any prescription drug and it states on the paper that one does NOT stop talking medications suddenly because it can lead to seizures, shifts in personality, psychosis and even sudden death. Some of his patients are in chronic, never-ending pain and to take away any meds that will control their pain is just cruel. Monitor them, teach them how to discipline themselves with their meds but don't make them go through withdrawal for the benefit of the cameras.

Dr. Douche. This guy doesn't do anything for anybody unless it gets his name in the press.
