Sean Penn's Ex: Actor and Scarlett Are 'Great Together'

Sean Penn and Scarlett Johansson aren't exactly hiding the fact that they're together -- hello, they went to Reese's wedding -- but so far no one in their camps are talking about this budding power couple. Until now! Sean's last serious girlfriend, supermodel Jessica White, tells me on my HDNet show that Scarlett is a great catch for the legendary actor.

"Yes, they're great together," Jessica says. "I think Sean needs a good woman in his life."

Sean and the stunning Jessica dated off and on in 2009 and 2010 but it's not really clear when they officially ended things. (She wouldn't even tell me who else she's dated over the years!) One thing's for sure, Jessica still keeps in touch with him.

"Sean is a really lovely man," Jessica says, adding that the actor's true passion lies in his humanitarian work in Haiti. "That's where he finds his peace and his refuge. I think that's a great job. That's his calling. He's very passionate."

Jessica, a Sports Illustrated swimsuit model, also echoed what most people say about Sean's life in Hollywood, saying "it's not about the acting" anymore. "He enjoys the directing more than he loves acting."

I don't think that you can call a person ugly who has devoted a year of his life,(and God knows how much of his personal wealth) to the healing of Haiti. Have you every considered doing anything like that? you sound like a selfish, twenty-something who knows nothing about the real world. You rock Sean!!!!!!

Exactly! Robin Wright is a gorgeous, intelligent, and talented woman. It seems she got too old for Sean... And don't be fooled by his involvement with Haiti. Yes, that is good - but Sean Penn has a history of violence. Not the nicest guy on the planet by a long shot.

Sean Penn gives his time to Haiti but what has he done in this country? It always makes me suspicious when a celebrity puts on the philanthropist cloak on? Ever hear that saying, "out of guilt or shame a celebrity does charity to clear his name." And Sean has a lot of baggage of shame to clean up. Just ask all the camera people he beat up and the people he hurt with his anger. Look it up!

Honey, u better look it up. When Sean was married to Madonna, the press were in their faces 24/7. He got tired of them pushing him and Madonna around, as would anybody with half a lick of sense. You try walking down the street with somebody shoving a camera w/flash 6 inches from your face.

yes, and lets not forget or dismiss his support and involvement with Chavez and Venezuela. That borders on Treason. Shame on him and those few other celebs who do so. I think they make a LOVELY couple. She's mature and Beautiful....and he's worldly and grown-up enough to provide for her beyond what any youngster could. She'll learn much from him. Now NONE of this has ANYTHING to do with the fact that I'm 55 I've fallen head over heels in love with a LOVELY single young lady that is 29.

Sean Penn had a great woman and he blew it! I would warn Scarlett to beware and please don't do this for the 10 secs of fame. You are fantastic all by yourself.
