Denise Richards Hits the Beach [Photo]

Denise Richards has fled the states to escape the overwhelming publicity that ex-husband Charlie Sheen is getting over the disappointing start to his 'Violent Torpedo Of Truth, Defeat Is Not An Option' tour, and looks like she is having some much needed fun in the sun.

Richards took daughters Sam and Lola to the Bahamas to soak up some rays and enjoy some relaxing family time. Richards' father Irv has even joined the girls on their weeklong holiday.

Richards looks great in her black bikini and matching shorts as she takes a stroll with her daughter Lola down to the water to take a dip.

Her girls always look so sad, but look who their father is. They probably know more about whats going on with Charlie then any of us know. I feel bad for them. Take good care of them Denise, since you are the only parent they have now.
