Kate Hudson, What Are You Drinking?

A pregnant Kate Hudson took some time off from her hectic life in Hollywood and relaxed with pals in Buenos Aires.

The actress has been spending time in Argentina with boyfriend and baby-daddy Matt Bellamy, whose band, Muse, is touring. Also on the road? Hudson's 7-year-old son, Ryder, from her marriage to Black Crowes frontman Chris Robinson.

The mom-to-be worked up quite a thirst during her stint in the South American country, although her choice of beverage came as a bit of a surprise to onlookers.

The actress was spotted sipping from what looks like a large glass of red wine. While some believe that imbibing in moderation while pregnant is OK, many experts disagree.

A New York-based OB-GYN who has not treated Hudson says of her choice of beverage, "Right now, no one really knows what amount of alcohol is harmful for the fetus, so it's recommended that you don't drink at all during pregnancy."

The doctor's suggestion? Abstain. "We just don't know enough."

casey my child's father has autism and his mother rarly gose a day without a drink intill lately after we gave her an artical that linked it to brest cancer witch she servived once and dosen't need to get agen but ya it prevents autism i didn't drink and my child didnt get autism even with a father with autism and our relashonship has just about cured some of the simptums he dosent stuter as much and repeat him self he dosent go crazy in crouds and put his hands up on his head to protect himself he is just about normal and he is a grate father

Casey...you are beyond retarded. Maybe your mother consumed too much alcohol or drugs while pregnant. I never stated that it settled anything. I was simply stating my experience with a mother who chose to drink while pregnant. She didn't drink a lot; maybe a couple of times each week. Maybe you should read the news more since there IS a link between drinking while pregnant and being born with a cleft palate. The alcohol retards the development. Maybe that's what happened to your brain. My intention was to point out that it's a bad idea to drink alcohol while pregnant.
